I would google for a Tumbler if thats what you are set on,but if you are open to other methods you should keep your eye's open for contests here at TY especially the one's for "Bubble Bags" and the "BC Box's".

I've seen one made out of one of those salad spinners, you hold it 90 degree's/on the vertical and spin it slow.
