Keep it and experiment.
Maybe you could come up with a NoRyder Strain!
LOL!!!!
When I'm collecting pollen, I go Ala Slater.
I take a piece of paper and cut a slit in it, then I slip this around the base of the plant, with the stem going into the slit in the paper, then I cover it with a plastic bag. Once a day, I take the plant out of the room and let some fresh air into the bag until enough pollen drops. Then I fold up the paper and put it into a plastic bag and pop it into the freezer until it's needed.

Yeah I would start some LR's if you have them. That would give someone a good boost on making it an AF'ing strain.

or it might just breed male dominant seeds. I like early flowering females, the early males I kill usualy. Just my way of things.
Thanks for sharing Grim.

well ill tell ya grim i didnt have any autoflowering in the grape treat originals i had but they were very light sensitive18 hours of light and they were flowering. grape treat mom is revegging under 24 atm fianally and will be my early strain this season. with this cut put out in may should have meds by august...woohoo....this is all i have left of this strain one lonely revegged bud and will be keeping her around for some time to come. maybe come up with another fine cross or start some santa marias and do it all over again...waiting for the final results to come in on this cross first. no signs of hermy+, early flowering+, big buds+,+++=a+ here
have never had the lights out on this run not one minute :) i do think i am going to try making a seed run on them and see what happens ....

I've had a few males a/f when i was growing hydro. I read that the males are more prone to autoflowering, and its a sign of the trait being present in the strain.

Use some of the pollen on your best female. Grow out your F1s, pick the best female and pollenize her with the remaining pollen. OK, so it's incestuous  , but it will give you the best chance of fixing the trait. I'll be looking for any autoflowering traits in mine.

i think it is way more common for boys to autoflower. not sure they are best to use for future breeding tho unless you are specifically after the auto trait. there are reports that ingeneral autoflowering males produce more hermies and less potent offspring, but that might just be myth, donno.
