Alright! Everyone has been asking for some news, and I finally have some!
The original publication idea will be put on the backburner until Marco is done with his legal battle. I do not want to drain funds from where they need to be. Instead, Marco has agreed to let me scale the publication back to a newsletter. Basically, less pages. The original plan had us using a larger easier to read font, and now, to fit more in on fewer pages, I will be printing with a smaller font! :D I will be doing all the printing myself at home for as long as the ink I have lasts. I will also be printing fewer issues at time. As long as I can afford the paper, we will have a publication! The first issue is scheduled to be released for Hempfest in August. I think the following issue will be a holiday issue in December. I still have some new costs to work out, so I will get subscription information to everyone in July. Please keep writing and submitting! I will be working with Marco to publish his story in the first issue. This is where I have wanted to take the newsletter - stories about the people in our community who fight for their right to use marijuana.
Please contact me here on the site or at greengirl3@rogers.com for submissions.
YAY! No longer an editor in limbo!
