found out through the grapevine that sidecars ex has moved into a house just a couple of blocks from us.
now, we have a court order stating that he has to live in an area approved by his probation officer.
first i phoned the probation office and explained the situation and that we did not feel safe with him so close. i was told thie officer handling his case was out of town and would'nt be back till thursday. i was then handed off to crown counsel who told me there was nothing they could do until the police had done a report and sent it to them.
i was then handed off to the police who told me there was nothing they could do unless his probation officer reccomended it.
i told them i was most upset with the fact that he had moved and i was'nt notified, i did'nt feel that our safety was being looked after and i felt i was getting the runaround from 3 different government agencies whos job is supposed to be to protect us from this individual.
do i feel safe?
