For those in the know here is what has happened..Postponed to August 1st. It is going to trial. New DA is a dumptruck. Has lost a lot of cases...alot. But swampy already told me this. Case looks good but anyone facing 25 to life will tell ya it still scares the shit out of them. So now I trudge on for the next 83 days...oneday at a time I keep telling myself...oneday at a time..Peace and Happy Growing...

Yep I was in Boston the firearms in California..Grand total for my defense will be 35K US including bail. My lawyer is very positive. Once found not guilty it will be time to sue. The bastards used my paper ink and printer to gather eviedence. That makes me mad :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Well, everything has thier good and their bad... as long as the date gets pushed back you are ensured a little bit more freedom. Who knows what happens in court... Touch Wood... But I could never imagine what the court may rule. I am glad that you don't have to go to court.
