Increasing our aliveness
Every time we don't trust ourselves and our inner truth, we decrease our aliveness. Our bodies will reflect this with numbness, pain and a loss and a loss of vitality.
Every time we allow the energy of the universe too move through us by trusting and following our intuition, we increase our sense of aliveness. Our bodies will reflect this with health, beauty, and vitality.
I trust my inner truth and I feel vibrantly alive.
