I just received a letter from Randy Brush today. I thought I’d share it with everyone, since much of it is Randy’s replies to the responces to my posting about his situation. I posted about him on several sites, so if you see some unfamiliar names, that's why.
Hey Storm Crow,
Wow! That’s a great letter. So many people! I’ll do my best not to forget anyone. And lots of cool info, too! Thank you. (On the back side of my letters, I print abstracts of medical studies that involve cannabis and occational news articles. Randy enjoys them.-SC) While I’m thinking of it can you print up the Chinese words for – Jason, Pierce, king, man, Brush, RJ, Cody, NORML, medicine? And how do you read Chinese? Left to right? Right to left? Bottom to top? I don’t remember. (I did some Chinese caligraphy and sent Randy his name in Chinese- I seem to have started something!--SC)

Purplehaze420—My plan is to live. And get as much attention as possible to embarrass the system. NCCTF & the CO’s capitulated and then I chowed down. Besides, my prison network would not let me hurt myself.
Free 2 b me- For every bad thing they do to me, a 100 bad things will be done to them. Or for every bad thing done to me, I will have 100 good things to look forward to. Your advice about taking notes about names, times, places, dates, etc…is well taken and I’m on it as is the network I created and left behind. :)
Moose Eater—Thank you. I did my best to prepare my 3 children (11-12-14) for what was about to happen to me. I continue to advise them via letters. It’s been 6 months since I’ve seen them. :( Until I’m free, I’ll do my best to stir up the pot from inside and cost them as much money as possible. And if I could do an interview from here, I would. If not, perhaps I could answer written questions.
James Bong—NO priors. Clean Pre-sentence Investigation (PSI). I could have gotten 5 years since SB2’s modification passed (2/06). It’s judge’s discretion. More like abuse of power. (I can hardly wait for him to see my medical bill. That plus court costs & attorneys fees and such I’ll never pay. As of this date my guess is it’s near $50,000.00)

Welgill—weneed to change the laws in our home states or move.

Thanks Storm…I did receive a letter from Ester, Alaska. One more to save and cherish. The thread messages are great too. Give my answers to those you want.
Some good news and bad. The bad…Don’t send me any money! They’ll just take it and give it to the courts. Send money to Tonya, Cher or Jim Cowen (see below for Tonya’s web site- SC). They will put the money towards my appelate attorney’s fees. The good…They had to give back my disability monies, most of them, I’m working/fighting for the rest. So my commissary will be OK for a few months. My attorney feels my appeal will go through and I’ll be out maybe by December! :) If some people would like to send me something and don’t have much, ask them to send prepaid business sized envelopes. I can get 3 envelopes in each letter and up to 5 letters at one time. That way I can write to everyone and it will save me money on my commissary. :) Gonna write some other folks now.
