Can Anyone Tell me the CHEAPEST rate for a Volcano now?

I know they started out around seven hundred or so. This price keeps falling, but I dont know what the cheapest is now? Any ideas?
(oh, I have to add, here in Canada....I imagine shipping to be cheaper)

ok...so say the Canadian one is the cheapest, I could not have it at the reduced rate becasue even though I have a letter in my pocket from the doctor that says I have Cancer, than if hypothetically I didn't have an exemption, and I would therefore pay more?
