I need a little help

I wrote an article in Treating Yourself Magazine #6 about Canadian MMAR exemptees. I had the help of a number of TY members who were willing to speak to me by phone in compiling the background information. Thanks again everybody.

I need to talk to some US members for Issue #7. Those that have read the first article can attest to the fact that no names or identities were revealed. While I want to hear your personal experiences, I will in no way threaten your anonymity.

Do you have a Medical Marijuana Exemption program of some sort in your State? Are you a legal med-user, grower or distributor? Do you have experience with someone who fits this description?

Please, send me a PM and I may give you a call. I want to learn about as many States as I can before I write the article.

im a grower not so much of a distributer seeing how i just moved to delaware prob bout 5 months ago i find it odd that 1 hour away in baltimore its sum what legal to grow only now i quote after you have had a first offense and went to court payeda 100 doller fine and the court sees it permissable to grow can you do so yet you come back a hour to delware an its a felony no matter what i think this state is really up tight and has the people scared to even attempt at standin out front of a store to get a petition sighned for medical use hit me up i think i jus kinda went on a rant there but if you have specific questions my email is crabman619@hotmail.com

I would be happy to talk if you like. I live in Colorado and have been on the registry here for about 2 1/2 years. I like to keep my privacy and such around here and in my personal life, but trust this will be done right and with respect. I have been growing my own medicine for that long as well and would be happy to relate my experiences with the system, learning to grow, growing from a wheelchair or whatever might be relevant to the article. Crabman, I lived in Delaware for about three years.

It's a state where the minimum and maximum penalties are so out of whack with sanity that the police just confiscate and release because doing otherwise would make them look like real nazi jackboots. Just like they used to do to my classmates in high school -- threaten, lecture, seize the booze and/or drugs, and send 'em home where the folks would end up repeating the lectures. :cool:
