I thought I'd start a little journal showing two strains I've never done.

I know most of you don't know me, but I am very active on some other forums. My usual gear is Reeferman, but after turning an aquaintance on to some of RMS Cherry Berry, Grape Fruit and Royal Hawaiian, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

He traded me a Train Wreck and Amnesia 99 (Amnesia Haze X Cinderella 99) clone each for a Cherry Berry and Royal Hawaiin cutting each.

It was 3 weeks ago almost, but I'll try and catch everyone up.

The two clones as I got them.

About a week later they were ready for a transplant.

Another week went by and they each got one LST wire each.

Yesterday was one month veg.

A perfect time for clones to be cut.

So I did.

Thanks, leroy. Yes, I've been down this road four times a year for the last 4 or 5 years now.:)

And thank you, Dig. They always look good when I first cut them. The hard part is keeping them looking good.:D

I've now been flowering for a couple of days.

Veg nutes will continue for the next 3-4 feedings to fuel the stretch with some nitrogen.

hey,
Ive actually found, that to increase stretch, use just bloom during the first two weeks flowering... nitrogen during flowering encourages more leaf growth...P and K are more responsible for root, bud and stem growth, while the plant does need N....most bloom nutrients contain N..just a much less ratio to P,K...
i also use to use a one part for grow and bloom...for ease reasons....
but since i switched to bloom and my two part. Ive increased my stretch. only if i cut the use of my grow during the first two weeks, after that i use a small strength...on top of that.. i have much less leafy bud, and much larger bud mass aswell....so i may suggest to stop using grow for now... and wait until the plants have stopped stretching...
but other than that things are looking really nice....

Thanks NFT.

I'm not really trying to make them stretch though, they do that pretty good on their own here (no matter what I feed) for the first two weeks.

I'm just trying to keep them green while they're going through it.

Actually, today will be the last feeding with the veg nutes. Then it's on to the bloom nutes and hopefully some nice buddage.

But you certainly gave me something to think about.

Thanks again.
