looking for some good early outdoor?

i need some advice for some good early outdoor. i want it to be non auto flowering (at least before 16/8) and finish in the kamloops region (3000' above sea level) by the end of september. am also looking for someone in B.C who accepts plastic and delivers promptly. above average potency would be good as well :)

I'm working with an autoflowering afghani now (pictured here after 37 days since rooted cutting) She's been under T5's 24 hours and autoflowers under anything less than 22 hours of light. To test the autoflowering myself (new strain to me) I'll be placing her under 18/6. Has some good potential, and though I've never sampled the end product, she's been grown many seasons by the grower who gave me her. Uncertain of it's lineage, but I do know it has no lowryder in it.
Outdoors, where she's been tested she'll finish in 8 weeks, we'll see how she does indoors.
You could have 2 crops, june/july and august/september.
