White Widow

I bought a 4 pack on seedbay a few months ago when they were available for a short period of time. I germinated all 4 seeds and a week later 3 sprouted. I let the 3 plants veg for 34 days and let them flower for 60 days total of 94 days from seed to harvest.

I used a small DWC system with PBP Grow,Bloom and Liquid Karma to grow them. for drying and curing i hung the plants for 7 days then put the manicured buds in glass mason jars. The dried buds look very white and are completely covered in sparkly trichomes. the smell is very fruity after a good four week cure.

Overall i was very happy with Female Seeds White Widow and would grow it again in the future.

I myself was lucky enough to be given a white widow plant this year for my green house! and now i have been given some seeds now too! The plant did great and have been happy about how the plant grew and dried too! The buds were white in looking and smoked great! My hopes for next year are to be able to find a place to get some bloom booster and others such as that are being used to help the growing along! SO far I have never tried anything such as that and really want to try something new to help me along! I was lucky enough that my better half built me a green house!

Glad they worked for you. I have never had a white anything bud for me except this cute little Alaskan girl !? Excuse the side trip no kidding I had some Purple Power from FemaleSeeds and those suckers were as purple as you could want. Prince would have loved them. The plants were supposed to be grown outdoors but I took a chance and with Francine to cheer me on I had some real nice purps and things that weren't supposed to be purps and female putting out seeds. FemaleSeeds PurplePower are great indoors or out. Just have to watch them because they will turn male on you. I had 2 out of 4 but the 2 I had were very nice. Peace

Hey Rafe, welcome to TY and thank you for your input on this thread.
I grew out a white widow a couple of years ago and loved the strain. Easy to grow and a great stoney high.

Someone will have to give me some White Widow beans because I have spent enough on the darn things. Even the Great White Shark was a dud! Thankfully my friends have given me some wonderfully colorful plants. I'll get the hang of a white species one day ( as soon as beans are donated!LOL) I have learned a lot in the last year with the ICMag.

why was the great white shark a dud ?????i have smoked white shark before and it was very good!!!

This girl was vegged to about 3 foot tall. I bent her over tied her down and she ended up well over 6 feet when done. The smoke is wonderful and and helps those with head pain issues from the feed back I have gotten.

Now for those of you needing a sleepy time strain the Ice is flat out fire. It yields less compared to the others but imo all should have at least one or 2 pots going in the room at all times.
