Cleaning the volcano

HELP! I am cleaning my volcano for te 1st time (soon after vaping) and I cannot get the clip off that holds the bag on. Th instuctions look like there may be some models with "balloon fixation rings" - mine has this clip w/ teeth, when you squeeze it, it gets tighter - not releasing. I am afraid to use too much force or pry it off - so as not to break the darn thing. Starting to get frustrated though......

Sorry I can't help you as I have 1 of the older models. Maybe contact their US office I believe that they have a tech dept

Slide the 2 jaws apart by going sideways.

Thanks all - I did (eventually) figure it out about pulling the clamp apart sideways. I just didn't want to break the clip and make the balloon useless - not after 500.00 for the machine in the first place. I think it might have just been the meds playing tricks on me..... that why they call it dope!
