renewal time, short form links?

does anyone have a link to health canada's short form renewals. I have dial up and can't seem to find them, same thing happened last year, I couldn't find them so had to send in the same old long form and it took almost 3 months to get renewal, had to phone my mp cause I was illegal for almost 2 weeks last year, so if you link please post it for me, thanks

This Form R-Renewal is to renew to possess, I also need to renew my license to produce marijuana, so I think I need an another renewal form to renew my license to produce..??

I think that is the only form you need. I hope so anyway, that the one I fillled out. On page 2 you need to check the correct box to produce. If everything is the same as last year.

ya, I spoke with someone at HC, this form renews both licenses'...and its only 3 pages long!! what a change from the first 20 paged application.

Just a minor clarification...if the MMAR license holder and grower are one in the same, yes, all you need is the 3 page renewal.

HOWEVER, if the MMAR has designated a person to produce for them, the DPPL must complete the entire grow portion of the application, and obtain a police criminal records check each year.
