My doctor gave me free, a whole bag of milkshakes and puddings, since I have lost more than ten percent of my body weight in a short time.
I couldn't handle the pudding and I doubt I can handle the shakes either. I will just throw em back up.
There are many sick people on this site that could use this expensive stuff...it's not outdated...it's good stuff...I just can't handle it
