I have read the rules and understand them! ( I think lol )
The person I most look up to is My MOTHER! My Mother ended up being a single Mother in the 1970's which was not a very easy thing to do back in those days! She raised four us. Working three jobs at times just to make sure we had food on the table everyday! As the year went by my Mother health was not good but she still worked and worked until she couldn't anymore! Only to find out she had she had many diseases that were going to cuase her pain for the reat of her life! Such as R.Arthtis, Fybromyaglia, bone disease, a rare blood disease where her blood does not clot any more! The list goes on and on! But every day she gets up and trys to live life to it fullest! Now I have many of these diseasestoo! I know I could let it get me down but everyday I think of what a brave person my Mother is and How proud I am to call her MY MOTHER!
Thank-you for letting me share this with you all here!
Good Luck to all!

I have read the rules and understand and agree to them.
I'll give it hats off to the band of rockstars and superheroes....
Cap'n Chemo and the veinepuncturists.
They are the oncologists and nurses that treat hopeless cases every day, make everybody feel as good as they can and try to enhance the quality of life for every one they treat.
Adults and children alike.
How they manage with out becoming emotionally shredded is amazing.
I've seen them all cry,
which makes them all the more human.
Gotta love'em!

This was an easy one for me. I look up to my father, both literally and figureatively as he is now another angel. There seems to always be one person in your life that stands out, and up and higher and for me this person has always been my father.
He made all of us in my family what we are today. He saved us when we needed it and let us swim when we needed to. He had to be both father and mother to us and tried his best to fill every hole that we had and to fill us up emotionally and teach us to be strong. He gave us plenty of guidance tempered with the right amount of freedom.
I admire him for doing this very hard job with all of his girls and I know that even though he is gone - he still watches over us and is around helping us to either float or swim - always being sure to keep our head above water.
No 50 or 400 words could do justice to a lifetime of raising, caring, giving and loving that a father did for me but I need no words to continue to look up to him for what he did, who he was and where he is in his after life.
Thank you for the chance to make a record of my feelings for him! What a great contest!

I have read the rules.
I look up to Jack Herer. He has informed so many people about so many injustices. Without him, the cannabis movement would not be as close to legalization as it is. His book "the Emporor wears no clothes" is a book the should be read by all. It is VERY informative about many issues surrounding cannabis. www.jackherer.com is his website. I suggest you read it, memorize it, bookmark it, and pass it on to others.

I have read the rules...
The person i look up to the most is my grand father... althought he didnt change the world, cure cancer, or jump tall buildings he is still a hero to me. He lived an average life, but never complained about it... he worked hard his entire life never having large amounts of money, but never worrying about the next mans car or house. When my leg would hurt.. he would say its far from your ass you dont have to sit on it, which i think might as well have been his motto. The real reason he is a someone i really look up to is because even tho sometimes it wasnt the greatest day... he always stayed positive, he always appreciated what he did have, and didnt worry about the things he didnt have.. he lived a very average life, but did it in a fashion that made every momment worth living... and that is more then above average to me.... and something i look up to a great deal..
