green life seeds orders

Has anyone received an order from green life seeds in the month of Feb? I know green life had some legal problems with their mailbox company, and orders have gotten behind. just wondering how long it was taking because they are now apparently shipping USA orders from the UK now.

I have given up on my order from green life, and am now considering it as a loss. I mailed an order to peakseeds today. They seem to be pretty active at TY and have answered my emails.

I got a PM from Jay at Next Generation. He apologized for the delay, and I am now waiting on a reply with my shipment info. He said he would check on it for me. Still waiting ordered in Jan and we're now burning through March with no seeds yet.

Still no seeds, no catalog(should arrive before seeds according to website), and no email about the shipment status of my order. I just don't understand. Going into the seventh (7th) week now.

In all my years of doing business with people, criminals, and huge corporations, never have I received such a complete and total lack of service. All I want is to know if my order has been shipped. I've been emailing and PM'ing them for 21 days straight. 21 %@#!*ing days!!!!! 21 !#%*ing days!!!!! with still no email about the shipping date. WTF?!

it's not aceptable for a company not to respond . at the very least a short mesaage would have been fine.

i don't respect companies that do that and worse and act like u did them a favor.

o ordered from dr. green thumb and received imature beans :mad: ; to make it worse i tired to contact them and no reply at all. i was a 1st time customer and it was my last time. btw the imature beans were a substitute too. :mad:

ordered from [peak once with no issues and prompt service. yet when the fal of O.G.,CW , HEAVENS STAIRWAY ETC. I then recieves an email from them. i asked them to verify it was really them . no answer came so was simply afraid to deal with them again. better safe than in the pokey !

so all i'm saying is don't give these companies kudos for poor service . that means u don't matter much, and as such they don't derserve your $$$$.

save it for ther companies that treat you as we deserve to be treated and don't accept bull shit, nuff said.

btw i do realize shit ahppens , but when it does u stil ahve a responsibilty to your customer base who feeds you btw. imho

Well I know that PEAK had moved servers as well as their domain name so maybe that is why you didn't get a reply from them back then.

I trust BOTH Green Life Seeds and PEAK Seeds as they have ALWAYS come through with their orders. Sometimes it out of their control especially if they have no access to the internet li as is the case with Jay at Green Life Seeds.

So have some patience with both these company's and I can guarantee that you will recieve your order

I really wish they would get on the ball with their customer service. They have a great selection. I never recieved a response to my email my seeds just arrived with no response. I am not sure if I will order from them again or not. They will have to make an effort above and beyond what they are doing now.

I've forwarded inquires to the Shipping office. They've been sending out lots of replacements over the last few weeks from the London office. The London shipping office is running smoothly and orders that are sent to the Burnaby mailbox will be processed in Canada or forwarded to London.

People have to remember that selling seeds is illegal, many of us that provide seed to you are fugitives. Those of us that do this in North America don't get rich doing it.We do it to becouse we love Marijuana and we hate prohibition. Those of us that work along side Greenlife have had to shut down most of our grow spaces and move. Emails from over a couple weeks period never arrived. Bank accounts have been siezed from greenlife and we were all fortunite to get out of the country with our families and shut down the gardens safely, for now. Greenlife ships to the US, that why they want it shut down. The problem is with the laws not Greenlife! We all work our asses off everyday to provide seeds!..a few months of slow or problem orders should probobly be expected occasionally in this kind of bussiness.

Most of the problem orders are being caught up on, and things are going smoothly again and they have the Free Leonard in stock. Emails are being caught up on too.

You know it's a shame that you feel this way.

YES this company pays me to have their ads in our magazine but I have the right to pull their ads if they don't follow through and I trust Jay and know that he will follow through on ALL ORDERS. There are company's out there who not only take someone elses genetics and call it their own and also send out genetics not ordered or not sending anything at all. Posts are not deleted to make it look like everything is all ROSEY. This shows that YES there was a problem and it is being addressed and that NOBODY is getting ripped off.

I must agree marco works hard and provides us all a great forum to talk freely and ain advice and friendships. I have alwas followed the golden rule and never spoke of growing but it is nice to see a group of people not just in humboldt or amsterdam or even Nimbin Ausralia where methods have been passed down threw the generations and here we help one another find a stable and efficient quality genetics and design and any kind of good advice. I can not speak to any problems being experienced by others but i must interject here because today i recieved a replacement order from greenlife
i have ordered multiple times without problem. last month when my seeds arrived the grape god seeds seemed small and immature but my blue dynamite looked fine. well all of my blue dynamite germinated but only one grape god and it was deformed and died. after contacting greenlife and explaining my situation they quickly sent out a replacement...they even sent me another dozen blue dynamite evn though i explained that i had no problem with those seeds.when i opened the pack today they were all big and mature and i am confident they will be awesome. now we all know shit happens but what i care about is how the fuck up is handled and from my experience the major seed sellers are very reputable and have great customer service. i have to say when compared with all the other so called
regular businesses my experience with people in the marijuana business is far superior and much more friendly. happy growing and great summer weather to everyone

Look NGS answered you and NGS is the owner of GL so give it a rest. They sent you replacement seeds so they did their part. Now the fact that the replacement seeds didn't germinate could be because of many reasons that you CAN'T fault the seed company. This post is also CLOSED!
