here you go, this is a very solid method. If you can get it, I personally suggest ethanol (at least 151 proof if not everclear) as the preferred solvent but if ethanol can't be reasonably obtained isopropanol also works.

Lately I have been doing very much the same as my current situation has curtailed my usual BHO work. I do not freeze my ISO. Plus I let the plat matter sit for at least a couple of hour to fully remove all the goodness. Strailn and filter like in the above method. But that also grabs allot of nasty stuff as well. I buy the activated charchol from my local fish store and make a filter. Just load up a coffee filter about 2/3 full and keep shaking and tamping untill the level will not go down any more. THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!!!! Run a good half liter of iso through the charchol before filtering your oil/iso mixture. This removes any carbon dust from your homemade filter. Evaporater as you see fit. I do put hat water under my bowl and change it every hour to speed up the process, but it still takes for ever. End result.... Oil that has that glazed honey look of good BHO, but that flows like stiff iso oil.....
on a side not....I do this with volcano duff when I am hurting for meds.....
very clear oil.....not as potent as real oil.....but it does get the job done in a pintch and barely tastes any different. Also it is better than that black death tar bullshit that the bikers sell round here.
overgrow organized crime....
