Vapman? Am I the only one?

I love the vapman!!!
Small, discrete, perfect amount for the daytime breaktime.
I show it everywhere.
People are always amazed on how well it works.

I'm very interested in the Vapman. I would just like to know if it can be used outdoors on a windy day?

Does the flame from the included torch get blown out/around easily? Also, is the torch reliable? I've only owned one torch lighter in my life and it would go out every few seconds for no good reason. Even indoors. I'd rather not repeat that.
