Here's a piece of my web log from yesterday:

That didn't take long. It's too bad they feel the need to waste so much time on people trying to help each other with an herb that has never caused a single death in the entire history of mankind instead of going after REAL criminals. I couldn't imagine being a cop, getting paid to harrass sick people and those trying to help them while real criminals roam the streets and prey on innocent people daily. I wonder how they can sleep at night. Probably need Ambien for that.

I fully expect to get arrested for what we are planning to build our compassion club into, but you know what? I DON'T CARE! We are helping people, at a fraction of the cost of anything else available to them, and at the end of the day that's all that matters. I refuse to hide in the shadows in fear of what these unjust and immorale laws can do to me. In fact, we're going in the exact opposite direction. It's time to take it up a notch. Stay tuned for more details soon.

"An individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law." -- Martin Luther King Jr.

Hey there Cannabishelpsme.

You need to see what's happening now with a lates court descission. Check out this site!

http://www.thepotlawhasfallen.ca/

Here is a court descission to allow you to sell Medical MJ Legally!

http://www.canlii.org/en/ca/fct/doc/2008/2008fc33/2008fc33.html

You can email Prof. Doug Hutchinson at: thepotheadprofessor@thepotlawhasfallen.ca He will answer questions.

The gov. has to make MMJ Law, and therefore control it's sale. So at some point they must declassify MJ in order to regulate it!

I hope this helps with the cause!

Thanks for the info Ken, I'll review that for sure. I don't really care what the laws are though, I have to push forward with this or I won't be able to live with myself. There are just too many people suffering out there. Every time I am able to help someone get off Oxys, or other pHARMacueticals it makes it all worth it. If we all keep living in fear of these rediculous laws they will always keep us in this life of fear. Fear causes stress, and stress kills - thats about the last thing that a sick person needs on his/her plate when they are trying to get healthy.

I even have 'clients' that are dogs. Wonder how the courts would look at that! LMAO! Lets call Rover to the stand to testify that he can go for a walk again because these caps take care of his arthritis. :D

DAMN RIGHT! STONED! Ok shit! Let me say what I gotta say. Before I forget. Look the fight to change this VERY SAD law starts with LOUD VOICES! My latest angle is bring it up in every PUBLIC forum you can. I mean, work, gas staion, dinner, doc's office, police staions, city councils,CHURCH, thats write I said it CHURCH and every where you breath. We as reasonable earthlings, have to talk about this more often to solve this problem.:D

Thats exactly it. Cops usually are the type of people that leave high school with a major chip on their shoulder. Either from getting picked on, lack of invites to parties etc. They dont like the fact we can make a comfortable living from cannabis, and at the same time actually HELP people.
