mpac?

Anyone ever have mpac (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) leave a notice on your door wanting to check "main structure details"? Could be embarrassing.

not sure about your peep who want to check your house ..but for me 2 yrs ago they did change the watermain ..and did ask to visit to look if they was no crack in drywall of problem with window broken and so on they just inspect the main floor and the bedroom upstair ....they took some note and left ..a few weeks later they was a bunch of heavy equipment digging my whole street ...they took 3 weeks to finish and was told to call only if i see new crack ..donnow why they say new crack ..because they were any to begin ..they finish the job and that was it ....do you know if they intend to do some work in your areas ?....if not ..look strange ....peace ...7..

They checked out my old place (before it was mpac) and I had partially finished a basement. Boy did my taxes go up. Same thing just a different name.
I guess I have some cleaning up to do, quickly!

P.S. They left door knockers on every house in the neighbourhood. Not just ours.
