Pot of Gold & C-99

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether Pot of Gold is better to top or leave alone? Same with Cinderella 99. I have never grown the Pot of Gold before so have no idea except for the description on the seed sites. We grew C-99 before and I bent some but had other problems and could not tell whether it yielded more or not. If anyone is familiar with either of these strains, advice would be welcome.

I have grown both. Do top the Pot of Gold. Made a huge difference in yield from non topped plants. I did nothing to my C99s, but think that topping them would also yield more. I let my Pot of Gold go 9 weeks and pulled my C99 at 50 and 55 daze.

thanks ... they have been under the 600w MH for 10 days and are about 10" tall (C99) and 8" (POG) ... I am going to top them all today ...

I have topped my c99 and it really likes it alot versus not topping. I get 5-6 colas at the same hieght with the c99 and it works much better than letting her grow up into a single, yeilds more for sure with this strain.. I have noticed it to be a nutient intolerant meaning it easily effected by to high ppm.. one nice thing is it is stable and you can actually get the bottom branches to grow up near the top colas like a jewish manora ....

I have heard that c99 does better when topped and has a good high and above average yeild but I dont personally know never grown it just from what I heard from people who have. I'm also a far believer in the more you can be there for your girls the better qualitly you get. I do under stand with larger outdoor grows, normally you stay our for a few hours a week to days/weeks at a time.Please dont take this as me saying anything bad about you or your growing just my 2cents. I haave some white Grizzly that I cant wait to plant this summer. Thinking about getting her started alittle earlier then normal and get a few tops on her before I transplant them out side. This year trying to get large monster trees with full quality.
