Meduser issues with intl shipping

Hello all,

As some of you know I am located in Costa Rica. Several days ago I approached this seed company inquiring about ordering some seeds.

Answer follows:

"Hi
We don't ship to the USA or any country (Like Costa Rica) controlled by them.
Sorry.
Chris (meduser)"

Here is my reply to them:

Costa Rica is not part of the USA or controlled by it.

As far as I know Canada follows the SAME international laws as Costa Rica.

Would that make Canada a poppet of the USA as well?

I am in pain and need medication... NO time for politics here.

if need be.. get a safe address in canada to send the seeds to..and have someone else mail them down to you.. im sure there is someone whom youve met online or on ty that you trust...??

Well, you may be able to get someone in Canada to forward you the seeds but do you really want to no business with these people.

I would think that after getting a reply, such as the one they gave you, that you would be nuts to deal with this company.

Your reply was very well written and I hope they get the message that they can not treat people like dirt and get away with it!

There are many other seed companies that are professional why deal with a rude screwed-up company like this one?

The rudeness constantly displayed by Chris at meduser is the main reason I quit participating there. If he doesn't feel your question is worthy of him he starts cursing at you. There are much better and more informative forums without his BS around and TY is near the top of that elite pile. You don't have to take rudeness from anybody.

How about this, IF you had been a little less rude about it, I would have checked out what you said and if there was no issue with the country I could find out about, perhaps I would have helped you. But since you choose to pass judgement on someone, just cause you don't get your little way, you can go to one of other thousands of less than reputable seedbanks out there, and see how they like your "attitude!"

Ya that reads like he really helps a lot of people. NOT
Iwouldnt go near his posts or him with that kind of response. If I was you get a hold of subcool he knows how to chat and be nice with allllll kinds of people not ones that just he likes. Hell youll probably get big kick backs from him. Subcool is one of the friendliest seed people I have ever read on forums. I think he gives more free seeds than he sells. Meduser is where he is because of who he is. He can keep his seeds IMO.

Theres alot of seed salers that have no empathy for sick . Theres very little compassion left .Just the money mofiosos If yr not in a pot friendly place in the world yr kinda screwed ,This venders attitude just proves my point more oj

Well I know Chris is a legal patient and it states on his site that if you are from the US you must join the forums and have 50 meaningful posts before he will consider sending seeds all because of what happened to Emery. Now as far as being in it for the money well most of the seeds are 25 to 30 bucks. Just to let people know its just as hard for Canadians to get seeds from dutch vendors because we are a lot like the US on importing. I lost some seeds seized by post office importing seed from dutch to Canada
and i'm legal. I know he gets mad at people that don't read the rules on his site. I have ordered a couple of times from him and was very quick, and has good seed cheap by patients for patients just make sure you follow the rules lol. and if not there are so many seed sites out there.

sorry to here about your displeaser with meduser I as well was treated like shit on his site dont go there with your own mind as you will be shoot down and banned as many others have. its his site he pays the bills so if he doesnt like you your out but dont worry somebody will help you out .the guy has lost more breeders and users off his site so dont feel alone. there are lots of placess to get genes from maybe even for free and dont need to be treated like shit that why there are caring sites like ty for thous that need help. good luck

Well i know Meduser for about five years now.
Chis is a good man, but he has his moments, some more
than others, a bit of a short wick at times...
Hes ill just like us all in the long run too.
But Chris i think should check out the situation in a bit
more detail , things just might work med and theres another potential ill person waiting for his beenz....
Chris is 100% trustworthy , i know that for sure.

But he does loose it at times , some more than other.
But hes a good man who has been through quite a bit
as of late with having to move more times than he would like to, its been a tough year for Chris and,
the guy in Coasta Rica also.

If so talk about passing judgement...I joined some site called medusa or something like that a year or two ago and got a bunch of crap thrown at me because I didn't want to openly provide my medical background because I like to meet people before I just come on board and divulge my private medical issues. Someone named potpots or pottypot sent me a couple crappy PM's so instead of giving out free seeds and helping I left.

I would say fine if you don't want my money someone out there does.

Please don't think I am at the end of the rope here... I still have medication left for a couple more months as well as some NB and SB seeds from Peak (thank you guys!)

i have been a member of the meduser forums since it's inception.
chris may get a bit out of hand at times, but generally it stems from improper posting or not following the simple rules that have been set in place.
his seed company has some of the best and cheapest genetics to be found and as such he wants to be ensured that these seeds make it too deserving and qualified patients.
he is under no obligation to put himself or anybody else at risk if he deems the applicant or addressee to be unacceptable. thhat being said, theres allways a way around it as well. having another canadian to send it to you is an option. being a member of long standing and a history of posts could be another.
sorry meduser's was'nt for you, thats why there are so many marijuana forums i suppose.

The guy sounds like someone I wouldn't wish to part my money to..There are quite a few seed banks that will ship to you..Start digging around through the banner ads here .If they don't state anything about shipping, drop them an email. Can't hurt..Dr Chronic will ship anywhere..Good prices too..
