Here is another of my Aussie favourites. You will need to get some Macadamia oil, then make it up with buds in much the same way as you do with canna butter, to get an infused oil. I recommend you use premium bud rather than leaf, simply for a better flavour.
The high percentage of mono unsaturated fat in the Macadamia nut produces a heart-healthy oil like olive oil, but creamy and delicious in its own unique way. Unlike with olive oil, you don’t have to guess if your bottle is going to be earthy, fruity, grassy, herbal, peppery or just delicate and mild. Simply put, Macadamia oil is yummy!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 teaspoons flour
4 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 egg
3 teaspoons milk
3 teaspoons cannabis infused Macadamia oil
3 teaspoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and cannabis infused Macadamia oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

I believe butter wouldn't support the raising action, but I can't say for sure.

SM- Wow, i'm impressed on different levels with this one. First, microwaving a single serving cake!! You've just blown my mind. IN culinary school it was drilled into my head that a microwave is evil... and for culinary it is. But I'm impressed with the action of the cake. Macdamia oil is delicious, oh if you could fill an injector with warm pudding and turn it into a fusion cake... ok I have to go change my pants now.
Great reciepe... will definitly be copying this into the handbook. Thank you so much...

I am guessing it has to be Macadamia, However I just made a serving with butter and wow does it smell good! hopefully it tastes good too...

...Oh wow! it does taste good too! the chips make it a lil gooey too! having mine with green milk is making it that much better! Mine did not rise, but I suspect that is due to using butter instead of oil, Thanks moose!
