Wow, I did describe just how it looks...haha.
ok, Well, that's pretty much just as good as you can do right now.
I wouldn't worry about the twisty...just get that out of there. There is no doubt it will continue to strech for a bit. Your plant will stay alive until you can make your corrections. When you go to make your transplant, bury all of that stem. But I wouldn't transplant untill you have the light ready.

Its also a handy roach clip...
Yeah, just get the tie out of there.... The tap root will go deep and tether roots will hold it together.
IMHO- I wouldn't take that container all the way to flowering. Translucent plastic containers can lead to trouble in the root system. Once you bump up the light power, that penatration is going to be a concern. For a flowering container, I would suggest a 2-3 gallon pot. you will have to find a new home for that little one. You won't be able to finish it in that spot. Flip the lights at around 10 inches and expect a finishing height of 20-30 inches. I'll keep an eye for teh update...

Ok, looks like you've done all you can right now. Again, just toss that twisty tie and learn patience. Now you get to learn the waiting game. Its looking good with the leaf sets. I'll come back soon...

Well those pics are fuzzy as hell but its a male I think from the way that top is looking from those pictures.

And I think it has been showing sex for awhile. Do you know what a male looks like ?

2-3 weeks to see sex.

SaH-- I know what your talkin bout... I see it too. But we can't call it because its not definitive. It may be balls, it may be bud sites leaves forming. But i'm not experienced in autos...

And then in the second picture, I thought I saw pistols from the top, but I have a feeling its burnt leaf tips that just photo that way. Same phenomon with the under canopy maybe?

this one is 2 weeks and 3 days old lol the tip of the leaves that look brown is because when i woke up this morning the tips was touching the light so i moved it up a bit. i dont know what a male looks like and sorry bout the pics i only have a camera phone.

o yea and another thing the bottom leaves that only have tree leaves have formed two seperate leaves at the begining of were the leaf stem meets the plants stem

Oh man I called it.... burn stress.
There may be a guide with pics on this website I'm not sure. I know high times just did a great write up on it about two months ago... Try and search for a pic, but the quick run down is... two white hairs jump for joy, she's a beautiful lady; small green round to oval sacs are male pollen sacs, bummer dude!

Its not good, but its not deadly. You just stressed it a bit. There is no action you can take to undo it. Just try and prevent it. The plant just needs to correct itself, so you lost a day or two of vegging. No biggie. At the fastest groth rate expect it inbetween 1/2 inch to 1 inch. anything over one inch a day...call me, we'll do some time lapse photgraphy and get famous... But plan your bulb height around that.
