I am posting here to see if any one has been able to grow out he new peakseeds NORTHENLIGHTS..
I just got my order and soaked for 24hours in distilled, all popped
then I put them in paper towel and all grew 2cm tap root in less than a day in three layers of paper towel between two small saucers..
so lots of energy in these ones, they must be fresh
.. so next step
I placed all the ten sprouted NL in a fresh mix of coco and perlite in large plastic beer cups. and did a 1/2 inch layer of straight perlite in the bottom of the cups before adding the coco mix..
I used distilled water and a mild nutrient of 350ppm, mostly b1 seeweed solution,humic acid, 2 part grow nutrient & NO-DAMP at a very diluted strength
so day 3 [ first 24hours in the cups]....
all 10 seeds sprouted the coledons and have broken through the soil surface and are under 2x 4foot sunleaves floros
they are grow very quicly for the day 3 stage, one of the best experinces I have had in a long time with seeds ,100% germ and sprout rate..
pretty good so far..
I didnt take pics as its very boring seeing soil and cups and a small fleck of green..
once I see some action I will start a thread..not sure what area to post it in, maybe some one can help before I look.....
