Medicinal and recreational cannabis users its time to unite and fight these unjust cannabis laws.

NEWS FLASH / PRESS RELEASE

Hi my name is Jim (Pinky) Starr.

http://www.protestlondon.co.uk/images/stories/protests/2895_191931575563_827295563_6888393_1631212_n.jpg

I had police call around my house looking for someone reported staying at my house, this male person the police where looking for wasn't even in the area as far as I'm aware, last I heard he was in Birmingham! He was reported to the police by my neighbour and his ex girlfriend who is staying next door.

The police came in searched the property for him and found items that made them arrest me!

I requested about 8 times for my wheelchair to come with me to the police station - this was refused.

I requested could a police officer come down to the station with me in my car with the wheel chair... no. Could my carer bring the wheelchair to the police

station for me..... no. Can you transport me in the chair to the station.... no. I had to use sticks as I had no choice as my powered wheelchair and manual chair requests where refused.
I requested that I take my tablets before we go into the station, it's all prescribed and I have proof. This was refused and I was told to put the lose tablets which where in my hand into the container and the nurse will OK taking the medication at the station.

The trip over to the police station was jolting my back as I had no support on the seats in the back of the police car.

At arrival of the police station I was told I wouldn't have to walk far, even though it was a short distance to walk it caused bad pain to my arms. The nurse at the station refused to give me my normal medication as they where not in the boxes the tablets come in. I was only allowed steroids as I had the box, then they only gave me under half of the dose I needed. The officer didn't tell me to take anything into the station apart from my tablets which he took. I requested my medical notes to be taken in with me as well as a few other bits of paperwork. This was OK'd but the Police didn't bring it in as I requested.

The Police removed me from the property even though I requested that I stayed during the search. I requested about 6 times to speak to the sergeant as I should be except from the misuse of drugs law as I'm not misusing a drug and that I'm protected by article 8 of a private life covered by my Human Rights. This request was not listened too by the sergeant even thou the officers present agreed with me.

I was strip-searched, which I needed help to do as I was in such bad pain, the Police did help me a little but they never put the slipper socks on properly leading to the fall to follow. The Police locked me in the cell and didn't even carry the paperwork for me to read that they gave me at the desk.

I also told the officers who stripped searched me that I can't sit or lie on a hard surface due to pressure pain, all they did was give me two board like pillows and 2 blankets as I was cold and shaking, suffering with high blood pressure due to the event and pain. This was also noted by the nurse but no doctors visit was arranged. I felt like my head was going to explode in pain.

I was told they would have to take my walking sticks away from me so I was unable to get around the cell as there where no rails etc for me to use only slippery tiles. They said they put me in cell D1 next to the desk so if I need help I can call for help as I can't get to the button. I thought this was good of them. I needed the toilet, as my carer was not there I had to try and go myself and fight the pain. As I stood up I slipped on some gravel in the cell as the slipper-socks the police gave me where not put on fully.

The stones where not from me as I was strip-searched upon entry to the cell.

I slipped and went down on the side of the bed towards the floor. I used my left arm to break the fall on the side of the bed. As my arms where in so much pain I could use my sticks let alone break a fall. My back also jolted against the bed.

This fall left me with agonising pain to my upper arm, shoulder, neck and mid back. I called for help whilst lying on the floor in pain crying and no one came. I called a few more times as I have a loud voice and I'm trained to throw my voice over distance too, when I heard it was quiet at the desk etc but no help came. I couldn't reach the button as I never had sticks, nor could I get to the button. I crawled back up on the bed and kept on calling and started to count how many times I was calling, 33 calls for help in total was ignored. I was in so much pain I started loosing it, having suicidal thoughts again due to pain, I lost it and started trashing my head and right arm hard against the wall to try and get some other pain to take my mind off the other pain.

When I had finally lost it after all the calls for help where ignored and started to harm myself only then did someone come to the hatch asking what was wrong? I explained I had a fall and was told that no one had informed them that there was a severely disabled person in cell d1. When they realised I was in pain they called the nurse in but my full medication was denied and I was only offered 5 ml of morphine where I take up to 20ml as often as needed. Normally I use the bottle as a hip flask (words of my doctor) as needed!

I requested 3 times for an ambulance to come and get me the treatment and medication I need. This was refused too!

Before I was put back in the cell after seeing the nurse, I was seen almost collapsing as I walked back from the nurse's office, I was caught by a female officer who expressed concerns.

I complained and had Inspector Chalkley call me on a phone that was brought into the cell. I told him what had happened, he seemed shocked to say the least, I had a pleasant call from the inspector. Then I had to prove I was unfit to do the taped interview so I could get the medical treatment which I needed.

The nurse came in and manipulated my arm saying try relaxation, I told the nurse I had been through rehabilitation twice and they have failed to help so relaxation won't work, she lifted my arm till I was in pain. I did ask if she was qualified to manipulate me and asked if she was qualified in neurology and she said she wasn't. I requested she stopped as she was not qualified to treat me and that she could do more harm than good manipulating me. She said she has protocols to follow, I asked if this includes going out of what you're allowed to do. At this she walked out. I was calm all this time and had showed no aggression to the police or staff at any time. I'm just a normal human being who only gets pain control from taking all medications including the medicine I was arrested for which I will explain shortly the reason for my arrest.

I had to get myself out of the police station into my powered wheelchair and get myself to the hospital for a check up by a qualified Doctor a.s.a.p

I wasn't allowed to even have a prescription for a Nicorette patch which I can get from my Doctor on prescription if needed! I was refused access to the exercise yard to smoke outside too!

I was facing withdrawal from all my medication and nicotine that I had been on since 2003 constantly, i felt i was in hell!! I believe this put my life at risk as I'm on a lot of dangerous medication and stopping them suddenly can cause big problems and withdrawal. None of this was treated I could of died in the cell, in a way I wish I did as I'm scared to go back on the 24th June to answer bail. I FEEL I CAN'T GO BACK.

I had a nightmare about the ordeal last night and woke up shouting in pain again for help. I felt as if I had fallen into a hole with no way out and no matter how much I shout I don't get heard!

My wife/carer came to pick me up, she had previously brought my powered wheelchair into me but I was even refused that in with me. My wife was also shocked in the state I was in and I was given my much needed medication as she had the boxes for the tablets on her! If I was told I needed the boxes I would have requested them to be brought in sooner.

This is how police are trained to cope with medicinal cannabis users. They found a few plant in my loft which I used personally to treat my condition. I can get cannabis in spray form from my Doctor for £309.76 per 2 weeks to one month legally.

I can grow my own medicinal cannabis which is clean and uncontaminated for as little as £30 per month.

I have been campaigning since 2003 for the right for medicinal users to able to use cannabis without the fear of arrest as I and others have full medical backing to use cannabis for medicinal reasons.

Gordon Brown and Jacqui Smith have ignored all letters and reclassified cannabis against there own government advisers including the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD), to lock people like me up in prison for up to 14 years for helping myself as I cant afford the only medicine that works for my condition.

Now I have no laptop to use whilst in bed in pain, I had the laptop only about 3 weeks old and it was my lifeline to the outside world as I don't get out much.

My neighbours have accused me of informing on them twice and wanted to have a laugh getting the Police to come in my house fully knowing I'm a medicinal cannabis user. There 15 years old granddaughter came knocking my door once asking if I could get her some cannabis. This I refused as I am not a dealer and I don't agree with children using the drug.

Cannabis is the only drug that helps me. I have full medical backing for its use. The pain I suffer is so intense it feels like you feel like your dying, cannabis can turn this pain down, to a reasonable controllable level, how can I be a criminal for using a drug that god put on this earth for people like me to use for medicinal reasons!!

The Police when in my house saw the proof I had medical reasons to use the drug, they didn't want to discuss it all. I have been legally campaigning for the right to use medicinal cannabis legally for 2 years now calling medicinal cannabis protests http://www.protestlondon.co.uk is our website. Some police don't want to arrest us, others do it's a postcode lottery weather you get arrested for using medicinal cannabis or not.

Letters to Jacqui Smith and Gordon brown have been ignored all letters and they wont explain why people like me deserve prison even thou the NHS has admitted they have failed to control my pain.

I only use cannabis as it's a medicinal necessity as I would of died in 2003 without it. Using cannabis stopped me going through with euthanasia and now my medicine has been taken away and I can't afford to pay for it legally or from the streets now as the stuff on the streets is for stoners, the stuff I grew is high in CBDs for medicinal relief and doesn't get you stoned, it gets you high!!

14 states in the USA have gone fully legal for medicinal cannabis, people are coming into the UK with a licence to use cannabis and grow it, we let them in the country and we lock our own medicinal users up, under the licence!!!

The UK is one of the only country in the world who says cannabis is bad and should be treated like amphetamines etc. Alcohol, tobacco and even caffeine are proven more harmful than cannabis yet due to propaganda, no one including our ministers listen to the truth!

My choice in life is morphine which kills people or cannabis, never has there been a death from cannabis use or abuse. Tobacco and alcohol are the UK's main killers and we can buy this in most corner shops!!!

Thousands of pounds would be saved by the NHS if cannabis was legal to use in the UK. I cut my dose of tablets down to half when I use cannabis how can I be doing wrong by using a herb to control my pain?

If I use my cannabis in a cream I don't need morphine, my doctor removed it from my repeat prescription last week as I haven't needed morphine for 12 months since using cannabis as a cream! Now thanks to the police I'm back on the morphine and valium and still in uncontrollable pain without medicinal cannabis.

The police found about 34 plants; only 12 were in flower and they were small plants too, I loose more than I harvest due to pests etc. I only grew enough to keep me supplied in medication I need nightly.

When I return to the police station I will be wearing a bright orange boiler suit which where made for our protests, stating the website address and guilty until presumed innocent printed on it in a Guantanamo Bay style. I'm no criminal it's only the law that makes me a criminal.

I'm just a family man with a wife and two children who I love very much, they know if I go into prison I will not be coming back out. Only medicinal cannabis can keep me here with them as I can't cope with the pain of dying daily. I do have CCTV recording of the bust and police in my house. This was recorded with there full knowledge. This is available to back up what I'm saying if needed. This video also proves the requests for my wheelchairs where denied.

This is not the first complaint I have made against the police for treating me like dirt over the medicinal cannabis issue. I do hope this will be the last complaint I ever have to make and I hope the police will leave me alone and go and get real criminals and not just the easy targets like medicinal cannabis users.

I think it's about time the Government commented on there new law and why they want me dead?

My MP Jim knight (Minister of Schools) fully supports me and also thinks it's about time the Government spoke to me! He has offered to deliver a letter to Gordon Brown on my behalf.

For more info please call me Jim (Pinky) Starr on 0779-648-4707.

I live in Dorchester in Dorset, Weymouth - the Police are the ones in the wrong not me!!!

a letter to the home secretary was sent to a person who could answer my questions i had asked to the government over medicinal cannabis.

the letters i can's post up yet but will do shortly.

i called the person who signed the letter on behalf of the home office and she told me that she couldn't answer my questions which is strange as she had just signed the letter stating the answers!

to cut a long sort short the home office spokesperson couldn't answer any questions i asked, she couldn't tell who could answer the questions for me. said she can't meet me or others over this issue. she cant even advise me who to contact to get the same questions answered! crazy

just shows I'm talking to a monkey as the organ grinder (the government ministers) cant argue with what I'm saying so they send me to the monkey

GIVE ME THE ORGAN GRINDER NOW!!

sorry if thats not making to much sence my blood pressure is 186/123 and im not feeling great!

Sorry to hear about all the crap you're being drug thru. Sometimes it seems like there's never gonna be a break. Just one shit storm after another. But trust me, it does get better. Prayers and healing vibes are being sent your way. I'm sure it'll all work out in the end, maybe even get an apology. Hahaha. Good luck, and God bless.

here are the video's and subtitles the police didn't want the general public to see.
this was the start of my torture and the illegal police search!

the video is poor in places so the subtitles will help: D
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5G07krrYlY

(Police) is that recording still?
(Jim) Yes it is still recording.
(Police) That’s fine, is it your personal thing?
(Jim) Well it will be used for the documentary, so sky news will probably use it as well as soon as I err...
(Jim) This is so wrong, this is 12 moths. Years of genetics down the drain. Well years like, the one which I have managed to actually find that helps me with out getting me stoned.
(Jim) And the lot is about to be destroyed. Yet I can’t believe that one that you came in right, like without a warrant. You haven’t got a warrant, nothing to search the property for him
(Jim) Why did you look up anyway, Can I ask just to look for him?
(Police)Officer shrugs his shoulders.
(Jim) You have been given false information. So much for a private life!
(Police) (Stutters) well you see you know, you will have your time and I think it best if we probably just, you know...
(Jim) can those not be held and not touched until I get to court in the morning or whatever?
(Police stutter/mumble)
(Jim) Or can you keep them in pots at least?
(Police stutter/mumble)
(Police) we will take then in pots.
(Jim) They will just cut them down the bottom then wont they?
(Police stutter/mumble)
(Jim) That’s what they normally do and leave the pots?
(Police) I don’t know what they do; they will work it out between them
(Jim) Do you realise you’ve just killed me? Literally! You’ve killed me
(Jim) a blind eye could have been turned on that.
(Jim) If, before they destroy them, can I at least show you the act I read that was sent out to all the forces?
(Jim) Does that just state medicinal necessity?
(Police) right.
(Jim) has any one checked on the misuse of drugs act? Before you destroy all that? I can prove without a doubt its medicinal necessity. Without a doubt before that lot gets destroyed I can prove without a doubt.
(Jim) my (Stutters) my right article 8 of a right to a private life. Has just been invaded.
(Jim) of coarse it has. We know about the articles of the human right act, but... (Sighs)
(Police) at the moment...
(Jim) Before those plants get destroyed, if I get to court tomorrow I can prove without a doubt, I can prove without a doubt. I’ve got a top pain consultant, I’ve got Jim knight I’ve got Oliver Letwin. I can show you, here, all supporting my cannabis use. The police have known about this for ages.
(Jim) I don’t want to go out and support criminal gangs. And the stuff off the streets I can not buy. I could go over to Holland and get all my bud sent over in the post, yeah. Legally under the Schengen agreement from Amsterdam, But I can’t even get over to see a doctor to get it done.
(Jim) The doctor has phoned up to try and get me on this err Schengen agreement because it’s a prescribed medication but the err. What is it, the ,the phone automated system answering was in German and my doctor don’t understand German.
(Police) right.
(Jim) everything is been done, without a doubt it medicinal necessity and that’s just about to all be destroyed up there.
(Jim) You’re talking 12 months, I can’t live it. My wife and family know this; I can’t go 3 days without cannabis. I will be dead. Simple as and I can’t get the stuff of the streets because, the stuff off the streets is full of THC not CDB’s.
(Jim) If you check you’ll find that medicinal necessity is not deemed as a misuse of drugs. I’m not misusing drugs. Understands now? No...
(Jim) It’s not like that. I use as cream; I’ve got arthritis, I’ve got multiple spinal problems. I’ve got bilateral...well If you want to know about it, my main sciatic nerves to the legs are both trapped with degenerative discs, I have no discs of the lower back and I have got facet joint syndrome. Which is both the main nerves out the arms are permanently trapped.
(Jim) They can not help me with neurological pain, cannabis is the only drug that works, which I have got all the medical backing to stop this now, here and no one is even having a look at it! If you can check with the misuse of drugs act which came in, in 19 err 1971 was it when the misuse of drugs act came in?
(Police) I have no idea.
(Jim) You will see that medicinal necessity, if it’s deemed a proved a medicinal necessity the misuse of drugs act does not apply
(Jim) Now I can prove this without a doubt but obviously but no one is stopping everything up there.
(Police) thank you very much!
(Jim) but saying that.
(Police) I can’t really discuss that
(Jim) well no but you can check before the plants get destroyed.
(Jim) This is what I’m saying, you can check on your radio now and if the inspector is about or if he’s on duty, or he can be called. He will also say.
(Police) yeah as I understand it the law
(Jim) the sergeant, meaning the inspector, who Jim knight spoke to. The local MP. (Stutter) I’m using for a medicinal necessity.
(Jim) I can show you everything if I can get my laptop!
(Jim) I’ve got medical notes, I’ve got proof. Where even my medical note state all conventional treatments have failed me, all NHS treatment has failed me and therefore support the use of cannabis. I have got all of this in writing. Which could stop this now.
(Jim) Can I have a word with your sergeant.
(Police) he’s busy upstairs.
(Jim) I’m sure he could come back down! I’m sure this is good enough grounds for a personal postponement for a couple of minutes whilst he checks the misuse of drugs act?
(Police) a thought.
(Jim) you calling him, because that what you where just about to do?
(Police) I’m not going to do that.
(Jim) Sorry that’s what’s going to happen, why this has happened. You have come round here; we have tried to help you looking for a person who should even be round here. If he was here I would tell you. I have done nothing but help the police all the while.
(Jim) I sit outside clubs; I see fights coming, check my name I’ve got 3 mobiles registered with the police.
(Jim) I call out if there’s trouble. There was a chair and a fire extinguisher nicked out of a pub, I got that returned.
(Jim) People know me, I have no life. The only life I have is when I use cannabis to ease my symptoms. To get me out.
(Jim) Can you please ask the sergeant to come and have a listen, to what I’m saying? To check the law before all those genetics are killed.
(Police) bear with us.
(Jim) bear with you while all the plants are been destroyed up there.
(Jim) If he checks the misuse of drugs act.
(Police) mumble and talk to each other.
(Police) (Officer looks upstairs but doesn’t call or talk to anyone.)
(Jim) So you’re not going to ask the sergeant to come down? Once he cuts those stems, that’s my medication gone!
(Police) no, he’s busy at the moment.
(Jim) can I take a couple of photographs up there please? Or can someone if I give then the phone?
(Police) well, We take our own photographs so.
(Jim) can I request a copy of them then. Because I can just give u the phone, you can go up. I might as well leave me something to let the family to remember me by!
(Jim) If you don’t believe me please phone doctor Boyle.
(Police) Police chat, (non auditable.)
(Wife) Benny, Benny, Benny
(Jim) I have requested a postponement )
(Police) can you please ask the sergeant to come down and have a quick chat to Mr. Starr please (Police go out of room and mumble.)
(Wife) Benny
(Jim to wife) could you get me err 50mg of Predicilone please and my lunchtime tablets. I need my medication before you take me in.
(Police) what are you taking.
(Jim) I’m taking 50mg of Predisalone. It’s a class A drug I’m taking, which is totally legal. This is what annoys me, I can get class A drugs no problem at all!
(Police) is that his prescription
(Wife) yeah, that’s his prescription.
(Jim) The doctor was so impressed with how I was getting on with my cannabis cream, she stopped my morphine. That was last week! I can prove all of this as well.
(Jim) Can anyone phone the doctor to back me up it’s a medicinal necessity?
(Police) can I look at those please.
(Jim) Yeah give me the box Em.

Please watch video two now

(Police) Mr Starr please don’t drink anything, please don’t. I can’t...
(Jim) I can’t, you come into my house.
(Police) I know, I know. I’ve rained on your parade in a big way. I do appreciate that but there are certain things that. Do you have any keys n’ stuff on you or anything like that? You will not be able to bring those in with you alright!
(Jim) I will need to take my trailer with my wheelchair in weather you tow it or I tow it. Which ever way we do it I’ve go to get my powered wheelchair in which is there.
(Jim) That’s only fair, there’s no way I can walk into the cells on them. (walking sticks)
(Jim) you won’t have to walk that far.
(Jim) I know how far it is to the custody suit in Weymouth and it’s too far. You see I have problems with my arms and can’t use sticks for long.
(Police) could you, can you please have a word and see to your daughter.
(Wife) oh is she awake?
(Police) yes.
(Jim) I’m still requesting for the sergeant to come down and speak to me. Before it’s all destroyed.
(Police) It is.
(Jim) It’s all destroyed already aint it?
(Police) its not in pots.
(Jim) Are you taking them in the pots?
(Police) no not in pots.
(Jim) You can keep hem alive till I get to magistrates in the morning. Because this has just signed my death warrant and it will be by means of euthanasia. Which will be done In Switzerland which my doctor knows about.
(Jim) Since 2003, I’ve been living a life of getting £16,000 of debt. I’ve been buying it from gangs on the street. Funding terrorism and everything else. I do nothing wrong and I get busted for it, great!
(Jim) It’s a medicinal necessity as you know. And what annoys me is that you haven’t even given me chance to prove it!
(Jim) I will need to take my laptop with me then.
(Police) Yeah, but you can’t bring your laptop.
(Jim) Em err, can you get me all my medical paperwork please, they will not let me take my laptop.
(Jim) If you can phone sky news as well, the BBC, actually email them and let them know I’m busted. If you can get on my face book email Jim knight as well, tell him I’m in the cells for the night.
(Police) Police mumble and talk to each other.
(Jim) I take it you have a rooms which are specially adapted down there for the disabled, as I need special mattresses and that to stop pressure sores. I’m a medical nightmare believe me.
(Jim) And the stress is the worst thing for me, it causes the muscles to spasm more and put more pressure on the nerves. That’s when I start to loose control of my arms and legs. Just to let you know what I’m going to be like.
(Police) What is your state of illness?
(Jim) my stated illness, I should of been dead in 2003, I’ve been kept alive till now with medicinal cannabis. I’ve got about 3 days left. You think I’m joking. There’s a petition I done in Weymouth. There’s me when I was in Weymouth... There’s a picture of me in Weymouth. Letter to Mr Brown I’ve got proof of all this. The Moonie we did to Mr Brown. How do you like it when we turn our backs on you Mr. Brown? I was the question mark on the end... There’s me having a spliff on number downing streets doorstep in disgust with police officer stood right next to me by the side of me. The file from Downing Street... Home office... Home office... Echo... Front page of Jacqui smith’s local newspaper... Jacqui smith’s town, how do you like it when we turn our backs on you Jacqui smith, just like you did with the ACMD. Which is the advisory council on the misuse of drugs, which they illegally err changed the laws, there’s your proof, we giving caffeine to our kids everyday. Caffeine is twice as addictive and twice as dangerous as cannabis. We are giving this to out children each/ every day.
(Jim) There you are, the NHS can’t help us the government wont Jacqui smith tells us to get more help from the NHS or go to prison for five years crazy government crazy law... this is 6 years of campaigning. Where’s my medical notes darling. I can prove without a doubt. It’s a medical necessity... Its alright the paperwork is big err (Jim asks wife) can u get the copy of my MRI and medical notes please these are the originals.
(Jim) Oliver Letwin writing about me getting the Sativex spray, right. err I can find the unedited I’ve taken my name out err the hospital the PCT saying this drug is not to be used however I wonder whether in Mr Slater Starr’s particular circumstances it would be worth writing to the pct to ask them whether they would consider him as a special case given all failure of all consecutive treatments if you go back err as I’m sure you are aware Mr Slater Starr uses prednisolone in fairly large doses which are the tablets you have just confiscated from me. err approximately once a week he gets good results from this i understand he also uses Gaberpentin he informs me that he has also used Sativex which is cannabis spray medicinal cannabis spray. he also informs me that this miraculacly helps him greatly but you and I both know, both know that given the fact that there is no licence in the UK nor is it either on the pct or hospital formality its unlikely to be included. I’ve had correspondence the PCT specifically saying that this drug is not to be used however, I wonder in my case.
(Police) yeah, yeah.
(Jim) as all medicinal treatments have failed me.
(Police) yep that’s um.
(Jim) um I write on behalf of my patient who has chronic pain which has been helped by using cannabis I referred to mark Hitchcock who is the pain specialist who will stand up on camera and stand up for medicinal cannabis users like myself he has even shook my hand he’s the top pain consultant there a 4 year waiting list to get to him by the time you see him um the NHS has failed and he would prescribe to 95% of the people coming through his door who the NHS have failed if he could.
(Police) yes, if he could yes of course.
(Jim) you want me to keep going I’ve got plenty here.
(Police) no you just.
(Jim) I can prove without a doubt it’s a medicinal necessity.
(Police) Err not at the moment don’t worry.
(Jim) I’ve got better letter than that from err... Where are we. I’ve got the proof. I got full scientific proof of pains supported.
(Jim) Like I said under the misuse of drugs act, I shouldn’t come under it!
(Jim) Now I’ve lost the letter place to put this in.
(Jim) If, I’ll just take all my medical notes, ill say I didn’t have enough time.
(Jim) Can I have the officer’s names that are both here please.
(Police) (Says numbers..)
(Jim) 2447 and 6 1629. I have proven without a doubt that it’s a medicinal necessity; if they want any more they can phone the doctor.
(Jim) The MP even the inspector has seen my medical notes, I have a lovely interview on of me speaking with the inspector and he was supposed to come back to me about the way I was treated with his officers, but he hasn’t to this day. I’ve even held back some on complaints.
(Jim) I’ve also got complaints about the London police, which I have also withheld.

(Jim) You will notice as well all the power is paid for by ourselves, the, err box hasn’t been messed with. We have not tampered with the electrics.
(Police) no, no, I’m aware of that. There no indications I’m aware of.
(Jim) I’ve done everything as legally as I’ve done, the only thing that makes me a criminal is the law, which even my mp the pm will not even tell us why people like me deserve 5 years in prison. Jacqui smith totally ignored us.
(Jim) I’m a medicinal necessity. If you wait till next week I would of had a private prescription on me and a letter from the doctor for me stating medicinal necessity. Which is just going through the doctors at the moment.
(Police) i understand that but
(Jim) Yes but I’ve offered to show the guidelines, I’ve asked to speak to the sergeant. I’ve got the police a guideline which the misude of drugs act does not cover medicinal necessary. I can prove this but nobody is stopping. All the plants and that been destroyed up there and well, for something is not right and I want to know where it’s coming from
(Jim) and I need my medication, I’m starting to get pressure on my nerves
(Jim) Phone my doctor she will verify it and she will verify the amount of medication I can take.
(Jim) Do you want to grab me a couple of bottles of morphine, I may need it over night!
(Police) yeah for sure, you won’t be able to take your wheelchair in our car Mr Starr?
(Jim) Well can an officer come with me as I need to take my trailer with the wheel chair in
(Police) if you can come on your feet now.
(Jim) if I walk for than 40 yards I’m buggered!
(Police) well I have saw you walking the other day.
(Jim) yes you can see me walk into a pub and back out
(Police) you walk to my car and you won’t have to walk much further than that, i will go back and we will go straight up to custody
(Jim) Oh there’s a back way or something I only know from the car park
(Jim) That’s fair enough; can you get the wheelchair in? Oh you won’t be able to.
(Jim) Can you get my wheelchair down for me?
(Police) You’re not going to take your wheelchair in now, if we need it, we will need it. I’m not taking it now. So. (30.38)
(Police) Have you got all your medication?
(Jim) I have been refused it.
(Police) no you haven’t, ok
(Jim) I have been refused it, I have been refused to speak to the sergeant
(Police) you will see a doctor down in custody.
(Jim) I can’t ask for a sergeant.
(Police) the sergeant is busy upstairs.
(Jim) yeah but i requested this earlier.
(Police) unfortunately we have got to get on, so if you come with me err.
(Jim) can I wait for the search to be complete, please
(Police) no
(Jim) can I ask why that is?
(Police) Because we have to get you down to custody. Alright,
(Jim) err well can I ask is that an order or request.
(Police) well...
(Jim) I don’t want to be funny but i rather stay, like I said to you I rather stay here and how many police are in the house at the moment 8?
(Police) how many do we have 3 upstairs, 4 (mumbles) that’s 6.
(Jim) 6 police in here I’m sure I’m not going to do anything stupid or anything.
(Police) no, no. Its, its.
(Jim) i would like to stay here. For the search.
(Police) its, its, its, it’s we can’t even fit you up there anyhow.
(Jim) I’m not going up there, I would like to stay in the house till there done.
(Police) we are seizing all your stuff. You will see it all later. Alright.
(Jim) err are you saying I will see it all later, I take it you wont be taking the protest London stuff, as this hasn’t got anything to do with myself.
(Police) which is, where is the protest London stuff
(Jim) it’s all over the place. It all Tombola stuff
(Police) no, no we won’t be taking any of that stuff, we are just going to take all, just, just the cultivation stuff.
(Police) so look we have to get going then ok.
(Jim) right, I’ll leave this recording then.
(Jim to wife) Em you may want to get a babysitter for in the morning, will you be keeping me in overnight or will I be out?
(Police) we will be keeping you in for.
(Jim) I’m obviously questioning, the question I’m stating.
(Police) so bring your sticks, bring your, bring your self and that’s it. For the moment.
(Jim) I’ll warn you, I will be starting to spasm err can you grab two bottles of morphine please looks like I’m in for the night.
(Police) Then if you give then to my college please.
(Jim) yeah, you know I will be under the influence of drugs whilst I’m talking, don’t you?
(Police) you will see a doctor when you get, when you get to the custody ok,
(Jim) that’s right.
(Police) right.
(Jim) now your obviously are going to dump me, when your finished with me, your not going to bring me home are you.
(Police) you will be brought home; we will not treat you badly in any way.
(Police) you’re not a bad bloke, we just have our jobs to do. I suspect an offence has been
committed here.
(Jim) Yeah well...it’s a medicinal necessity officer.
(Police) that’s all I can do m8. I can do anything else. So if you stand up and follow me.
(Jim) I have got no choice have I, can a have a drink before I go.
(Police) no, thank you.
(Police) Police mumble to each other.
(Jim) What I’m going to do, whilst I’m here, that’s my CCTV. Put it on the right channel and record.
(Police) ok.
(Jim) That will record for hours.
(Jim) Can I give my wife a hug?
(Police) of course you can.
(Jim) give it 3 days. Loves you.
(Jim) can I just get my tobacco please.
(Police) no you won’t be able to smoke down in custody I’m afraid. You’re not going to be to long anyhow.
(Wife) Benny, Benny.
(Wife) Benny, Benny. Up, up.
(Wife) Bed.
(Wife) Ben, Bed, bed.
(Wife) (Cries)

To be continued.... part 4 will be release soon, you wait till you see how they treat emma.
I will not release this till all family have seen the video’s first. Please bear with us at this difficult time.

this is a letter ref; police complaint that i await the outcome of now. they have the statement from me and my wife. investigation by the complaints people has been launched!

http://photos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs093.snc1/4947_98921216471_671946471_2477687_3089461_n.jpg

this is how i turned up to answer bail at the local police station. the suit read guilty until proven innocent and a nice canna leaf on them front and back.

the officer in charge said 'you know you have not been charged yet, so why the guilty until proven innocent?'

i replied back 'as soon as you killed my plants you accused me of been guilty, your not a judge'! at that i got the rely 'i see'!!

that should keep the comment coming for a while, there more if you want to see it.

I'm sure that will give all enough to say for a while about the UK police and laws of cannabis in the UK!

i grew because i couldn't afford the legal cannabis spray from the Dr's (sativex) at a cost of £319.76 per 2 weeks to one month

heres a great pic of me and Marco at the hemp expo in London in 2008, great memories Ty Marco :) please keep up the good work. its nice to find so many other medicinal cannabis users/ activists :D Ty tymag and ty marco. people like you help to change lives for good:D

Im astounded mate , well as astounded as can be knowing just how shit the forces are with it all. .

sat watching gettin progressively more in a rage as you n the wife got more upset and then they stopped you from takin predicilone! I find it utterly FUCKIN MENTAL how the police ( paid for law enforcers ) are totally clueless about the supposed laws they are ment to be enforcing ( we all see you doing a better job than them ) yet think they have some education to speak on your medical condition!
If anyone was to take my prednicilone away i would do them ( and that would be assualt on an officer ) nevermind the wide comments about 'seeing you walk' I get shit like that all the bloody time - the fact you have a condition already diagnosed and under treatment is all they need to know , wantin a doctor to be at the station is just some overinflated attempt at them makin themselfs look good , maybe at best getting you to unwilfully divulge some info under pressure and pain - which is dictionary torture no doubt about it.

I dont even know where to start on the experience and time in the station buddy , hurts ma soul thinkin about someone else being given no help , truth is they have no idea what its like to deal day to day - change the way you live your life so its actually livable.

You know were all in your corner though, even those who dont know u / of u - the protest posts i put up on riu were heavily read.

On a merrier note mate you think you'll attend the expo this year?
Im makin it my mission to get down after missing the protest etc but i have hookups , for Tshirts and the likes , so if there's anything on that side i could be helpin out with just let me know.
its been a stressfull long winded process to even get back on the disabled register for myself - but literally within the last few days its happened , to celebrate i ordered a vap , be good to share a bag with you sometime.

Keep your head held high ( pun excused ) We know were right , we know our rights.

Stay safe

ty chad, i don't know if i can make the hemp expo now I'm off steroid treatment. I'm finding it hard to even get out the house ATM.

weed world have not offered a stall this year and there would be no way i could afford the £600 for a stall for the 3 days. TBH i don't even know if i will still be free then as i await charges on the 3rd!!

we will have to see about the expo in London. now I'm off the steroids i cant use my arms or legs to get around, the pain is under control ATM but I'm down to my last few bits now.

when i run out in the next week or so, i wont even be able to work online.

if i don't keep all posted i will ask my wife/ carer to keep all up to date.

pinkz x.

p.s. ty Marco for letting all know about me in issue 17 of ty mag :D
they cant say i dint try and do things legally
