Even though I have had HIV for over 15years, I never gave it the power to say I was disabled from it. I always blamed it on the Hep, which is now undetectable also.My numbers sugeest that I shouldd be able to do a job of some sort you would think. But my weight will not increase, and I am almost grossed out by food. So I am beginning to actually look like someone with an illness.

Others see it but I still am fighting it, can never give in!!!

Bought a new strain so hopefully that will make me want to eat. Chemo does sound pretty strong, like the deseil was.

Why does winter have to come ????

It might pay to think abou thaving a feeding tube installed and supplement your eating with canned preperations .I had one installed in 2005 and kept my weight at 140 for 4 yrs. I finally got to eating with the tube and had it removed about a month ago. I now am staying at 160. The tube is un comfortable at first but when the original is replaced with a button it is a breeze eating and getting the right vitimins and minerals which with no appetite you may eat a lot of junk and miss out on food that may really do something to improve your health enough to make a big difference. The UBC i have tried was very very sat like in effect. highly stimulating. I hope it does what you need! do you find any particular route of admin works any better than others?
