Cannabis crop found in shed

From: AAP January 16, 2010 8:34AM

POLICE have raided a shed on a northwest Sydney property allegedly finding a hydroponic cannabis crop with an estimated street value of $265,000.

The property on Crooked Lane at North Richmond was raided by police at about 6pm (AEDT) yesterday and 53 plants up to 100cm tall were found growing there, police said.

"The plants and equipment have an estimated potential value of $265,000," police said.

Three hours after the raid a 42-year-old man attended Windsor police station where he was questioned and later charged with cultivating and possessing a commercial quantity of a prohibited plant.

He was refused bail and is due to face Parramatta Bail Court later today.

$5000 a plant.

Now, did I leave Sydney because of the high cost of weed, the drug dogs, the lack of a weed scene or because I was abused by a cop?

All of the above.
