Hi all,

I'm in my 2nd grow, 1st LR grow. Out of 10 seeds I had 100% germination and at 19 days it looks like 100% males. I'm not ready to venture into breeding yet. What will be the outcome if I grow them out? Thanks in advance!

Make butter or oil.
Tough luck if they're all males.

I'd let them grow a bit longer before deciding they're all males. The odds of 10/10 plants all being male is incredibly low unless you've got some sort of stress issue causing them all to go male/hermie on you.

It's possible to have that many males, just very, very unlikely.

If they are all males, I'd give them the axe and start a new batch. You don't get much out of males, and they're still a fair ways off from showing any useful amount of trichs.

Where did you get those LR seeds? Are they from the ORIGINAL BREEDER or KNOCK OFFS?

I purchased the seeds through Planetary Pride during the LR sale through TY. They ALL have the dangly "balls" and now a day later there are many more. The op center looks like a big cluster of them. From all the picture I have compared them to, they are males. Thanks for the replies!

Man that's a first! When I did a OUTDOOR TEST CROP 2 years ago I had alot of males as well but NOT 100%.

If I had those males I would save the pollen for my next breeding project. If you are not going to be breeding then I would cut the plants down now. You can use the plant for cooking etc.

What is your method of growing? In or Out .... Soil or Hydro

What was your light cycle 24 / 0 .... 18 / 6 .... 12 / 12

Did you happen to stress those plants at one time? (lighting, feeding over-dose) Very unusual to get all males!

I'm using soil, inside, 18/6 under 400w. It's been all on timers since germination. I don't believe that I have stressed them out. Thanks.

I've seen a conservative 75 percent male to female ratio with LR.

Both "original" and F2 seeds.
