Elderly pair on drug charges

A MAN and a woman in their 60s been charged with selling cannabis after a raid on a home in Sydney's west.
Police discovered about $9000 of the drug after raiding the property in Freeman Avenue, Canley Vale, yesterday.
A large sum of money was also discovered, police say.
A woman, 65, and a man, 68, were each charged with two counts of supplying illegal drugs, while the man was also charged with dealing with the proceeds of crime.
They were bailed to appear at Liverpool Local Court on April 23.
