skunk-mad,s dad near death.

hi all me & my dad have not spoke in over 10 years but on wednesday he was found collapsed outside his flat & then rushed to hospital..when he fell he must hav hit his head so they did a mri scan of his brain to find 6 Metastatic brain tumors which are secondary tumours & 1 burst thats what made him collapse.they new there was another primary cancer somewhere which they found in one of his lungs & is the size of one lung..we,ve been given the sad news that he only has hour maybe days left with us..so i put our differences aside because at the end of the day he is still my dad & i love him greatly & ive been to see him at the hospital..he was not very responsive as he is that doped up on morphine i told him that im better now as i was a ex heroin addict & that i hope that if he could see me now he would be proud of me.when i told him this he squeezed my hand so i hope he heard me.i hope what ever time he has left that he is in no pain..if im not around for a few days this is why..

I don't know u brother,but I personally told my dad ,what a great dad he had been,how i mighta been harder on me,than he was ,hehe and i loved him,i was 54 when i told my dad,,,,,,,Your dad can hear ya man,tell him what you think,,,,all of it,,,,,he will pass in peace knowing his boy is a man.I am jus a 'ol blue collar guy who has been there,peace and Karma.Gary
