May want to return it to sender. This person believes a grave mistake was made.

otherwise contact Storz and Bickel.

BP My Brother,

If you don't want to void the 3 year warranty from Storz & Bickel (http://www.storz-bickel.com/vaporiser/volcano-classic.html)

I would not fiddle with it. They are very good and fast at most repairs and i have heard tell that they send out a replacement extremely fast if there is a dire need.

I know others that have tinkered with theirs and regret all having opened it.

looks like monday now a possibility to leave , GRRRRRRR I TRULEY HATE BEING IN SHOPITALS !

besides how many people fix things others have put together.
i like to look at the craftsmanship. maybe inprove on it.
did somethin similar to my lighting box that quit workin. rewired and relocated is all and that was over a year ago!
i love to make broke tings work. hm i wonder, could i fix myself?
peace thanks for the info
think its to late, besides dont know how many hands this has been in.
a beautiful person to gift it to me though. id hate for him to think it broke!
id feel bad if i gave something like that and it quit after great use for a solid month or so!
peace

i just love takin things apart!
yes i can put them back together also
somethies with upgrades
no not tim taylor from home improvements
although ive made a few things go boom. on purpose of course!
its all relevent
someone else had to assemble it. how do ya know they did a good job?
im sorry im not tryin to be a smart ass, but if everyone would try doin more in their lifes about the things that stop workin. people would be more self sufficient! its a great feeling to fix something. i dont care how small and insugnifigent it is. its an accomplishment. for some of of thats inspirational!!
there isnt much to do when your disabled!! try doin something that takes more than 3 days to finish. it takes me about 9 to 15 days. its awsome but im so slow now.
i should have been a robot!
peace
