The biggest problem will be finding someone to be the public face in this state I think. They have to be willing to lose all of their assets basically because of the legal climate. There is at least one task force in the area that makes its bones (read budget) on confiscating property from drug activities and they play dirty. Just ask the cat's in Tacoma at Northend420 (I think it was these guys but there are a couple of dispensaries locally so am not positive that's the one but am pretty sure) that got popped a month or so ago and lost all their plants, equipment, vehicles... all because of a task force forged reco that the provider failed to double check. The forged doc is a class C felony as I understand it in itself but the provider has to prove he's innocent of drug crimes to recover the property so standards of due process are circumvented and no matter what he pays. Way more than I'm willing to do at my age until the legal problems are ironed out some more. I've heard they frown on cannabis in the jug ;)

It can't be that hard though. There's a couple dispensaries up in Shoreline and North that aren't facing many problems, and Bellinghams a pretty proactive city being a college town...
From where I'm sitting it looks like it'd be pretty easy to find a public face up here. Hell I don't like possessions, I'm just too young and irresponsible to be the public face of anything loll.
