Great recipes here
Does anyone have any really good gluten free recipes. If you have celiac you know what a rice flour bun turns into after awhile. (Hockey puck)

Fellow celiac'er here.
Easy and gluten free is a hard combo to achieve, the best home made GF bread Ive eaten was based on this womans hard work: http://glutenfreesourdough.blogspot.com/
Other than that, I've grown weary of making anything myself as it usually does not turn out, it takes a lot of time and dedication for sure, I guess thats why the big GF food makers can charge and arm and half leg.

This book changed my life:

And that cake tastes as good as it looks!
I can eat gluten and dairy, but my lovely wife cannot. As such I have found myself on the receiving end of many a gluten-free dairy-free meal, and before this book I could not stomach anything she tried. Everything we tried in this book tastes like the real thing.
