not too far away t passing in maryland imho.
just a matter of certain people getting out of the way in Maryland. the major person in the way will die or retire soon from what i have heard. dude is old and still has clout for now though.
so don't say never here cause, it will get done there in Maryland too.
p.s. passed 1st. committe, but didn't have enough time to pass second one.
This was because THE BILL was sabotaged long enough for time to be an issue IN PASSING IT!
if the former Governor runs and wins Md. will have a better shot @ Medical acess simply because it see Mr. Erlich has compassion & balls/guts too.
