Hey all,
A friend of mine almost got in trouble for not knowing this, so I thought Id share. As of June 10, 2010 Marijuana Authorizations have to be on Tamper-Proof Prescription papers. The regular paper ones are no longer considered valid legal proof by the police, so you may end up in a whole court battle you don't want to be in. Also, I'm not sure if this changed or has always been this way but you may only legally caregive for one patient at a time, and you must have a copy of both the patient and caregiver ID's on the caregiver contract.
