Hi Everyone,
I hope I'm not breaking any rules posting this. I really don't know where else to "try the waters." I am not advertizing, I am just trying to get some advice.
I own a seed business compliant with state law. The company is growing and taking on a few orders, but we can't seem to find a real-deal investor to give the company a booster shot of fund that it could really use right now. My credit is pretty bad, so going to a bank (even non-FDIC) is pretty much out.
Are there any investors that exist in the states that are looking for cannabusinesses? Or even just investors in general that would invest in such a thing?

Greetings, how's the seed business going? I'm moving to Co before winter and maybe I can try your gear. I've been taking pain pilz for my back and want to use mmj instead. Do you have a strain specially for pain?
Thanks,
ASG

I decided to go to California instead. My wife befriended a very wealthy lady in So Cal that wants to help us get a business off the ground. I'm considering becoming a dealer of lighting systems and other supplies needed to grow. I've been looking and will start with one container load. I also want to sell seed and cuttings. I have connections in the Philippines, and I want to import coco coir and sell it under our brand name. PM me some info how I can reach you, and I will keep you informed of our progress. You seem to be a humble likable guy, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the arrogant dick heads breeding and selling seed.

There is good and bad in every industry not just the cannabis industry. I know plenty of decent folks so I wouldn't paint everyone with the same brush. Now I have to admit there are a few Dick Heads but they don't last very long. It's too bad that we can't ship seeds into the USA or else MMSW would be more than happy to assist you.
Take Care and Peace

Well said, Marco.

I was working with lavender but honestly, the selections I had threw sterile banana's so i had to drop it. I am holding onto those lavender selections but unfortunately I do not think I will ever release them. Not without extensive testing, anyway.
I am currently working with a few strains that I will be GREAT for pain. These include:
1. Juicy Fruit x G13
2. Lavender Krush x G13
3. Darkness
I have noticed Darkness, which is a rare Babylonia Fruit cross hat showed great potential in trials, seems to offer the most pain relief out of any. These will be available by the end of the year in F1 form, as an outcross to a sativa landrace. The mother is an indica dominant so the hybrid cross is going to be absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately, that is sometimes how industries work. You get some good ones, and some bad ones. Our industry is no different. Feel free to PM me here if you would like. I am always looking for better ways to grow and CoCo is a favorite of mine.

I've been corresponding with a reputable seed company. It's possible, they might carry your line. Been talking about afropips, he's shutting down and has some sweet pure African landraces that need to stay on the market for future breeders. Waiting to see whats gonna happen.

I have to admit that I am surprised by the fact that there are honestly so few investors wanting to get into the Colorado cannabis market. I honestly figured there would be more of a buzz for that kind of thing.
Suppose it might be time to rethink my strategy, among other things.

You gotta get the name out there bro! I know I like the sound of the strains you're working with. Just spend money on advertising, get those crosses at a few clubs or dispensaries in your area, man. I know there are a couple thousand of 'em in Colorado.
