Roasted "Toasted" Salsa

Ma Salsa, Ma Salsa, Ma Salsa!

This Recipe Is Mild…..unless You
(melt 2 Grams Of Honey Or Hash Oil Into The Olive Oil For A Stronger Dose, Do That In A Double Broiler)

Fresh Veggies From The Garden Roasted With The Extra Strength Canna-olive Oil, Then Blended With Cilantro And Lime Juice.12 (ripe) Roma Tomatoes- Halfed, Scoop Out Insides
1 Large Red Onion- Peeled, Cut In Cubes
2 Large Sweet Peppers- Halfed, Clean Out Seeds, Cut In
Large Chunks
4 Jalapeno’s- Half, Clean Out Seeds, Then Wash Your Hands!
6 Large Cloves Of Garlic
¾ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
3 Tbsp Canna Olive Oil

¼ Bunch Fresh Cilantro
1 Lime

Mix The First 8 Ingrendents Well In A Roasting Pan, Making Sure Oil Is Coated The Veggies. Pre Heat Oven To “broil”

Roast The Veggies For Around 20 Mins, Don’t Cover! Give A Good Shake/stir Every Now And Then. Check The Onions Or Garlic With A Fork, Make Sure Not Hard. The Tips Of The Vegetables Are Good With A Little Colour.

Allow To Cool Down In Roasting Pan, Then Add To Food Processor, Make Sure To Scrap Down Roasting Pan With Spatula To Get, All The Goods.
Blend With A Hand Full Of Fresh Cilantro And The Juice Of A Lime. Enjoy Cold Or Hot.

Mmm, sounds tasty.

I'll probably give it a try this summer once my veggies start producing, in fact I'm going to start some of the seeds soon.. just need another pack of hot peppers first.

great recipe,the wife and I grow and can all our garden goodies,have made salsa,also make pasta sauce,both red and white,thanks much,will add this one to the box
