Sychronicity (Jung) plays a huge part in our spiritual journey sometimes. I can think of many times that I just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
When I was very young (18), I lived in an old Victorian building in the attic apartment across from a beautiful park.
One day I was looking out the window and I saw a man sitting on the park bench with a backpack and long hair, smoking a cigarette, and looking dejected.
What went through my head was 'entertaining angels unawares.'
I went out to him and asked him what the problem was, as I somehow knew he had one and had felt that inner voice prompting me to do something and I had no idea what to do. He had no money and no place to stay. I ended up phoning my friend and he took him in.
That man ended up going to seminary and becoming a minister and working with Natives in the North.
Who knows why. Who knows what. I just know that I have to follow that inner guidance. It has proven itself time and time again, even when it seemed to all appearances that I was just putting myself in danger, even to me. (trip to Toronto..lol)
I think that many people have strange things happen to them, but don't take the time to think about it or just don't believe it is anything but coincidence.

Anyone else have a strange event happen?

Supernatural, synchronicitious, or just simply weird?

when i was a kid, coming back from my girlfriends house in san ramone village, i was on the freeway on ramp when my voice told me to put my seatbelt on. i said nobody wears these damn seatbelts but the inner voice yelled and i put my lapbelt tight.

i was doing 70mph up a hill and its now pitch dark and at the crest of the hill, im blinded by bright lights and i turned toward the medium as the car hit me. i just remember coming to a stop, and thinking why aint i dead. this trucker stopped his big rig behind me and strode up to my ford caliente and knocked on t;he window and hollared are you all right kid. the crazy mofo must have been doing 100 on t;he wrong side of the freeway. it took me a second to tell him i was all right. all the wrongway speeder caught was my bumper. forgive me if i repeat myself.
