Now that is funny shizzle.I hope it really works and isnt just a joke. I work third shift and get woke up by tellemarketers all the time. Wish I could send some tires over the phone.

Totally agreed Illin.... Just ask if you can have their home number to call them at home at your convenience. when they say they're not allowed to do that, then ask, well why? you don't like getting calls from strangers at home? Well neither do I! (I got that one courtesy of Seinfeld)
I have been bothered by phone marketers during the day when I have been sleeping. I had one company call me more than 40 times and each time I went to the phone there was a message asking me to wait for the next operator.
The telephone company put me on a do not call list. If anyone, living in Canada, is having the same problem phone Ma Bell and get yourself put on this list.
It worked for me.

I put my number on the no call list yesterday. I forgot there was such a thing. It takes a month to be activated but then I can file complaints and I will have something wlse to say when I cuss them guys.
Oh yeah and I once was a tellemarketer for almost two weeks. It was the most depressing job ive ever had. One woman started crying cause I asked for her dead husband.....and I couldnt hang up or id get in trouble. I left that day at lunch.

I believe the no call list is on hold (as in they can call you) because the constitutionality of it is being questioned in the courts. Translation: people with deep pockets don't like the no call list and are throwning their weight around
