I took some sun while medicating n the widown looking at the cars and traffic of people. Karla is sick at home with flu. She cant be here due to my counts still a bit down and could eaasily get some serious problems. so I am alone here... but hey im in company of the healing meds, so good, OOPsie yeah ole shool pipes well since evey morning i get and apple on breakfast i find this very reusable piece for this ocassion actually it hits real BAD. lol i think i woke up the next door patient coughin.. tonigh was horrible i had the most terrible nightmares i have had in a while, plus this angry/unhappy/sad nurse was laughing hard all night and it sounded like if she was inside my room. Jesus isnt patient rights to have silence and rest in the hospitals? WTF... anyway im up since early with maybe 2 and a half hour of sleep. Alone :confused: I feel sad and lonely wolf, Someone is with the FLU and i cant have contact with my lovely wife. aurymar (my small girl) itsnt allowed due to her age. Shes 4 and half. I miss her so much I dunno what im gonna do when i can have her back in my arms if kiss and hug her all day long. wow guys im a couple of days away to complete two month now hospitalized, this experience is trully fustrating, like today i feel like sh!T today i got some chemo drugs called asparaginase, this ones goes in the legs. I have so many questions and no awnsers. I feel empty and impotent. Its really hard to be locked here freezing for two months, crazy??? yeah I think im starting to becoming, yesterday i told my doc im having terrible panic attacks specially at nights,sometimes i woke up all sweating and with difficult breathing. Im now on alprazolam (xanax) 1MG at night. I hate pills, mostly like this type of addicting benzo that have killed thousands. Its unfair. I can tell you that i preffer 3 or 4 full hits of some good bubble hash and i sleep like a baby. So its unfair some of us cant grow legally our own medication. Its unfair how our youth are killing themselve on my country, 13 persons killed in weekend are the "headlines" on the newspapers. Wow. More pain more suffering more mothers losing their sons. I dunno you guys but this world stinks. As some of you already know my son's on jail for domestic violence. GREAT!!! punk got drunk and almost kill his exgirlfriend. Im not happy that hes locked up but he deserve to pay for this! havent seeen him in almost 4 months now he just call me when he get a chance. sentence is on 27 may and lawyer told me hes facing about 1 - 1/2 year and 3 of probation for the drugs charges and they found at the time of the arrest... now I think he really fuc**d big time. I wish i could be there with him on 27 but i doubt i could get out of here on 27. atleast 3 more weeks of treatments its on the way. I really want to screammmmm loudly and get outta of here feel the fresh air and feel that sun. I WANT TO BE FREE AGAIN!!!!!! may GOD bless all of us today!!! good mornin and take care :cool:

Tito, it just so happens I have compiled a mental list of fun things to do while you are sick and just laying there.
Here are just some of the fun things you can do to your amuse yourself:

1. Make a mental list of all the thing you want to accomplish, when the day comes that you are well enough to accomplish them

2.pray

3.journal

4.go on the pc (of course, you know this one..lol)

5. cultivate any artistic talent you have, drawing, etc., this takes somes energy though and you have to be feeling up to it.

6.start a life review (you can 'relive' things through memories)

7. keep track of what your dreams are telling you

8.read

9.start a scrapbook

10. just lay there and observe your thoughts, inner conversations, etc. This can be very illuminating.

I hope this helps. I wanted to give you something practical to help. :) Hope you feel better soon. Praying for you.

P.S. I have been pretty much housebound for a year now due to illness and these are things that have kept me from going completely nuts.

coco_artist, thanks i found out meditations helps alot and i love to pray. Im actuallly reading three books, autosuperation, and mistery books are my fav. I try to keep myself busy I have been writing my journal since 2 of april actually. everytime I want to remember every minute. much heslth coco and take kare...
