I can't speak to the shitz, but as far as your cheap vap goes.
Winners were announced on the first of this month.
I need to wait until the 15th, as stated in the rules, for all winners to get me their addresses. Which I did on time this month even though I was VERY SICK.
Marco was plenty bust getting ready to represent TY at the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam.
Which is a great opportunity not only for Marco, but also for ty and us.
Know also, it's only been a week since the addresses got to Marco and most people, with very rare exceptions, wait about a month after the addresses are sent before they see their prize.
So you're complaint is what?
I'm not getting way you even needed to add that into the mix.
Once things are sent from TY, TY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE POSTAL SERVICES.
(Yes I was yelling, I even typed that real hard!)

But it's been only a week since the addresses were sent. So why add that?
The was a thread about receiving 'Lil Shitz' not about 'Did you receive your contest prizes', so to add that in this thread is more then a comment, or it's a comment plus.
Anyway, after a reasonable amount of time has passed and you haven't received your prize, then say something. A reasonable amount of time is 6 to 8 weeks After the addresses have been sent in. As to date, I do not know of a single person who has NOT received their Cheap Vaporizer.

Lighten up a little Buddy. The same way that you calm us down when things get a little blown out of proportion the same should apply to this also. The man already said that it won't happen again. You are usually the first one to help things tone down with your sense of humor. Relax and fire 1 up. I also know being sick sucks big time and when i'm sick i get a little crabby.

Thanks for the words, but just so that there's some understanding.
(sorry for the thread hi-jack Marco.)
The job of contest mod, is more a kin to a part-time job (if not more) then any other mod position here. There are between 19 and 23 contests to run every month. This means coming up with contest ideas, writing them, posting them, making sure that all of the links work, tracking winners, making posts so that winners live up to their end of the deal, tracking addresses, compiling addresses, sending addresses, judging contests, plus a lot more. My point, it takes a lot of time and effort to make everything run smoothly and seemlessly. So that all of the effort is almost transparent to the member. This month I got out of bed with a fever, to make sure that the addresses got to Marco on time.
So, I stand behind my right to speak my mind whenever a member needlessly makes a COMMENT about not receiving their prize (especially when they still have a good 5 weeks or so before their should have any real expectation of receiving their prize). Because when they do, I feel shit on. Regardless of who the member is and what my realtionship to them is.
And if I need to go on adnauseum (sp?) to get this point across to the members, then I will. The contest should be fun for everyone, including me.
I'm done on this issue....................for now.

Buddy, your absolutely right. No one knows the amount of time and stress that goes into doing what you have to do. I can only imagine what you must be going through, and being sick on top of that. I think that most people have absolutely no idea what is involved with being a contest mod, on top of the other 20 functions that you do for us here. I for one would not want to do what you do. I don't think I could handle all that responsibility and the enormous stress that must go along with it. You do a hell of a job here and I for 1 want to thank you for your contributions to TY. I would also like to thank all of the other mods and the seen and unseen people who work so hard so that the rest of us don't have to.

Still haven't received the Shitz sample. Checked my mail box today and nothing. For some reason the time it takes for mail to get me is the snail system. Everything that I have received from TY seems to take longer than every1 else. Thank god we don't depend on the mail system for life threarening medicine or equipment lol
ps Today i received an auction piece that was announced on 10/11, so far this has been the record for speed in delivery. As a matter of fact i consider 1 month to be express mail around here. TY sends them out ASAP and then they just enter the twilight Zone's delivery system. I have received packages that were at the post office on a certain day and it took them 30 days to get it to me. That's what happens when you pay certain gov employees by the hour. If they ever paid these guys/gals per piece the mail would move like lightening

i received my samples yesterday in the mail. not really enough to do a product evaluation with so i will be ordering some more so i can do a full grow report using the shitz's. would be great if it stands up to say a more advanced fertilizer because the price is right. thanks for the samples marco @ camelgrowjoe.

As I understand it, you can add anything you want, but used as is as a stand-alone product per instructions, it will give the plant everything it needs for easy to use productive plants from start to finish. All organic. No guess work. I'll be using organic soil so that alone could grow a plant, this is an added plus. I might use Floralious or Liquid karma as a foliar spray if I could ever afford it.

Back from the Cup, had a great time, no Cup(s) to show for us Canadians that entered.

I did wear a Treating Yourself shirt for the Grow Show we had there.

Wow, this Nute-Off has grown & climbed bigger since I've been gone, so I'm sending Marco a bigger box of The Shitz(I'll include 125g packs) so those who need more to finish a good nute-off can. But I please ask that a small donation be made to Marco or TY for mailing costs.

I'll put enough L'il Shitz in there too, so when Marco makes another visit to the Cafe he can hand them out!

a little liquid karma ,,,,once every two weeks, also add Carbo load by Advanced but have been adding a new carbohydrate mix called"Sweet" by Botanicare. A lot more pricey than Carboload at 35$ a litre,,,,but my girls are worth it. I have also been adding "Fusion" by GroteK, Bloom formula every other water. To this I also add Advanced Big Bud during weeks 2,3 and 4,,,,with overdrive being used during weeks 5 and 6. Follow this with a two week plus flush and you will have the best tasting organic buds possible. I only am adding this as I used bat guano in my beds. I plan on adding 2 kilos of the shitz in my soil for my next grow instead of the Jamaican Bat guano....the Shitz already has it in it as part of its contents. If re-using your soil it is advisable to add dolomite lime to raise your PH to a neutral 7. :D :D :D :D :D So you can still pump up your plants even more when the shitz is used in combination with an array of products out there. Just be careful not to overdo it...remember the cardinal rule of growing pot....less is good....more could be fatal!!!!he he.....Thanx CamelGrowJoe and God Bless!!! :D :D :D

It is now 12/20/05. I went to my mail box again. I don't drive and have been having friends of mine drive me to my mail box and am feeling very depressed every time i have to ask 1 of my friends to drive me to a place for nothing. And like an idiot i went and ordered more of this stuff without even trying the free samples that I still haven't received. I now have 5 Willy Jack haze sprouts growing and still no shitz samples for the nute-off, which i requested almost 2 months ago. I also went and ordered more of the stuff on 11/14/05 which i paid for and not even the courtesy of a PM to tell me when to expect it to come. So far my evaluation of the Shitz is not very good.
