Eliminating conditional sentences, or house arrest, for all indictable drug offences

So someone like Marco needs to do jail time because his efforts to help the medical community were indictable!?!?!?!

Much as I like most of Harper's platform, this is a vote breaker for me. I agree with the minimums on the volume distributors, especially for crack, meth, heroin, etc., but not with blindly presuming that indictable == immoral.

The first thing Harper brought up on the campagn trail was to bring back the issue of same sex marriage.

If he looses this time he's out for good, we don't need an American WOD in Canada and this is what he's proposing.

Well let's hope that we can get rid of Harper and Annie our Deputy Prime Minister we should try and get the message accross to Martin to NOT have Annie as a member of Parliment
