This contest will start On Friday Dec 16 and run until Sunday Dec 18th.Midnight CT so it can be mailed for christmas

you Must be willing to Make a Post as to what your prize was... you can add pictures if you would like.

The setting is the Midwestern United States. I am not an only child. My parents are average middle class people. Mom is very clever. She has a way of handling every situation especially when it comes to dad. She saved my butt on more than one occasion.. My dad is a master when it comes to electrical things. Dad uses colorful language, from time to time when fixing things. I like listening to my favorite radio program. I also like solving mysteries. We have no pets, however some visit us. I don't like to sing, very much, but mom does. Dad is known by all the neighbors, especially when he became famous. Tragedy struck me and my parents blamed themselves. WHO AM I?

Even though I'm usually wrong when it comes to things like this, I'm going to respond, even though it's not my contest and Oopsie, I don't mean to be steeping on your feet in anyway, just trying to clear things up.
Everything that you need to know has already been posted in this thread. If you think that this is a real person, PM oopsie your answer.
If you think this is someone that you have to make up, PM Oopsie your answer.
All the information that you need is there.
As for the prize, you can clearly see a picture of it in the first post in this thread.
Read every post that Oopsie made in this thread and you'll have everything that you need to enter the contest.
If you don't think that this is a hint, you're right it's not, but it's all you need to know.
Unless of course Oopsie feels differently.
