Weekend Contest for January 6th Starts NOW!!!!!

OK, it's simple.
Here a pic and just find it and know who originally posted it
and have your answer ready tomorrow at 3pm EST. The change in time is to allow more folks on the West Coast to partake in the contest.
The image was posted near the beginning of December (but not in the first week), by a member with less then 23 posts. It was posted in the appropripate forum for such pictures as well.

I post the contest question (The Contest) As close as possible to 12 midnight at the cusp of Thursday/Friday. People have from when the contest is posted until the chat, this week at 3PM EST to find the answer.
In chat, on Saturday at 3 PM EST I will go through the process of picking a winner. Just having the answer doesn't mean that you will win, just that you have a chance of winning. Just like having a lottery ticker doesn't mean that you're rich, you just have a shot at it.
See Dad, I'm on the other side of the World, 7 hours ahead of EST, So I post the contest on Friday Morning when I wake up, this is usually around 7 - 7:30 AM my time which is midnight/12:30 AM friday morning.
