Things they don’t make, but they should.
At some point, you’ve said to yourself, ‘Why don’t they make something like this?’
Or maybe there’s something already out there that you have a great way to improve.

This one is a "no brainer"! How about making some sane laws concerning all use marijuana? They sure haven't made any lately. Medical marijuana, yes, the laws is getting better... slowly. However, for the recreational users, the law is as insane as ever. Look at what is happening in Alaska! If we must have drug laws, then they should be in proportion to the actual harm they do to a person's health and the harm it does society. I have read the rules.

Why don't make a mute button for real life? Then we could really silence the idiots spewing propaganda, or ex wives.

Hover cars! I remember as a youngin, watching the jetsons with a clear understanding that one day soon we will all be driving hover cars that fold up into briefcases.......30 years later, where's my damn hover car?
Edit: I have read the rules.

Back in the days when i was was a college student i was quite studious. I tried to read as much as possible whenever i can. So i had created a shower curtain of page protectors to put notes or photocopies of pages from books to read while taking a shower at the same time.

Solar powered _______! Fill in the blank. Why stop at solar powered calculators, watches and radios? I want my solar powered techno device. I'm tired of always having to plug something in when the power runs down. I'm running out of usb ports on my computer. Small solar cells are cheap and plentiful. It doesn't even have to be a fully charging cell - I could fully charge a device once a week - a trickle charge to keep the batteries full up would be fine by me!
