20 seeds of Lowryder HPS 400W grolux
Hi everybody here is a thread about one of my new grows : I recently bought 20 seeds of Lowryder from Highbred, they all sprouted and were put into 3 Liters containers each.
When they will declare their sex, the females will be transfered into 7 Liters containers.
Home-Box 1 square meter, HPS 400W grolux
soil : Atami terreau Bio
nutrients : Bio-Bizz range
watering : osmosed water.
Here is a pic from 2 or 3 days ago, they are showing great growing parameters under the 400W HPS grolux :

i can tell you right now that the midlle plant in your picture is a male lol
so far all the seeds i start,the ones that gro faster and taller are males.

unfortunitly I'll be using 1 90watt HPS (hopefully be picking up another one) and 4 floros 45watts....

ya know on my current grow(2nd) my girlfriend made a bet with me that the bigger faster growers were going to be males....but she was wrong... 3 out of 4 of them were girls...and the rest of them were males...(8 or 9)
jlmurrat...mark that one and once you can sex them let us know if it is male or female!!! LOL

Hi I bought them after making a web search to get the lower price, the breeder of the true Lowryder is Highbred.
For the one in the middle it can't be a male it is a rooted cutting of a female KC36 (KC Brains) it is much older than the Lowryder seeds...

you are right in fact, and I was wrong, I think it comes from Joint Doctor.

Here a new picture after some more days of grow, it is going very well, except for the KC36 cutting that still didn't grow.(The other young plants are Lowryders) :
Nice grow you have started there. To get the most out of them I'd get them into 2ga pots ASAP. I've grown out hundreds of lowryders and they seem to yield best if they are started in 2ga pots or transplanted to them by week 2. Good luck! Those things suprised the hell out of me in terms of potency.

You are right pharmapharmer, I won't get the best out of them without putting them into bigger containers. I have just received the 7 Liters containers in fact, they don't contain 2 Gal. but I think it will be enough anyway.But I am waiting, because of room matters, that the plants declare their sex before putting the females into the 7Liters containers.

Hi everybody, some words about the little plants :
after a week of grow (18/24) they now have up to 4 levels of leaves, the sex has been starting to show up since 2 days on some plants, I will soon be able to : kill nearly all the males to make more room
and put the females into 7 Liters containers.
I find those Joint Doctor Lowryders are for now a very fine strain, 100% germinating, sex declared into less than 2 weeks, beautiful growing parameters.
Lowryders are my next buy..... keep us updated, good stuff so far!
along with my free seeds from H.E.L.P won on TY.
can anyone suggest any other low-growth hieght seeds?

Hi everybody I plan to make at least a picture of the lowryders that are left, 8 female, I killed 12 males, after making a partial pollenisation. The buds and seeds are maturing, they have spent all their life into 3 Liters pots and according to the size of the plants that seems to be more than enough.
I has begun to snow about 2 weeks ago, it seems it will be smokeable weed without doubt.

Hi everybody , at last I send you a picture of the 8 female Lowryders that are left under the 400W HPS, according to the size of the plants I abruptly decided to let them live into their 3 Liters containers, I've got good nutes and I will make it.
I made seeds, if someone plans to make a good cross, the seeds will be from the 8 female Joint Doctor Lowryder, and from the earliest male, but not the smallest, among the 12 males I had. I only hope if you send me a pm to tell me you want some good Lowryder beans, you will give me back some of the seeds you get from your own cross, I think it is not asking too much.
No more word, but (not the best possible) a picture, to help you wait till the final cut (I will make individual pics of the females by then I hope) :
