IF YOU DO NOT KNOW A GLASS MAN THEN YOU NEED TO GET A STAINLESS STEEL TUBE WITH GALVANIZED ENDS THAT WAY YOU CAN SCREW THE CAPS ON THE END. ONE END DRILL A SERIES OF SMALL I MEAN SMALL HOLES WHERE THE BUTANE/EARWAX WILL BE COMING OUT.AND ANOTHER WHERE THE BUTANE SHOOTS DOWN THREW THE BUD.

NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE TOOLS HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT!

THE HOT WATER WILL COOK OUT THE BUTANE. BLOW ON IT OCCATIONALLY TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS . AFTER ALL THE BUTANE IS OUT STIRR WITH A PAPER CLIPP EVERY 6 HOURS OR SO FOR 2 DAYS . THATS MY TRICK .

i near blow the house up other day..was making oil using butane..had the oil and all..put the dish in some hot water to make it go faster..cooker was on and some how..it just all went up..it was like the fare was racing along like you see in movies..i just froze..atfter a few seconds it just went out..but curtins had to be thrown out..the went up also..and the place was black..am i a fool and also a very luckey fool

Whoosh, and the lucky fool didn't burn his house down. I have been making oils for five years and have never had an explosion. Trick is to do it outside, with a fan blowing, and absolutely no flames anywhere. I would have hated the thought of you burning your house down and all that all most finished Grape Tank with it!

A further WARNING should be given to peoples living in dry hot climates like the southwestern dessert of the US or isreal.

DO NOT DO IT ON DRY HOT WINDY DAYS, even outside!

These conditions promote build up of static charge and this can produce spark during the actual extraction phase. the extractor is a gas filled pipe bomb and should it ignite there is little chance you would get away as cleaning and as luckily as nooely did. if you are going to engage in this activity be aware of the conditions that promote static charge in your area and avoid them!
