Hello everyone.. This my first attempt at a grow report on here so please be patient.. I am growing the new Lowryder cross. Lowryder #2 it's dubbed. These pics to follow are 5 days after planting the beans. I started with 20 beans and soaked them overnight in Sensi-Soak. I them put them into Rapid Rooter plugs and watered with weak flowering solution. I planted 2 per growing container mostly for space. Surely some will be males and later be removed. Very happy with germination rate! Out of 20 I had 18 of them pop. Upon investigation of the 2 that didn't germ I realized that one of the Rapid- Rooter plugs did not even have a seed in it.? must of dropped one... Anyway very happy so far with the results. The soil that I have used is a compost that I hav made. I mixed it with some pearlite and a couple handfuls of expanded clay. For lighting I am using the New Wave T-5 System. It currently has 8 T-5 bulbs cool daylight. Will switch 4 of the bulbs next week to the warm spectrum and then 2 more the following week. I have never flowered under this system? So we'll see... The closet is approx. 4x4 and the temp. stays right around 74- 86 degrees with the light on. Have had them under 18 hours light. No nute schedual as of yet other thatn the minute amount of Phos. that I've already added. Will use Advance Nutes throughout flowering. All advice offered will be greatly appreciated as I have only grown long season plants before.. Take care all.... Will post more photo's next week..
